TOH Jellal
Heavenly Body Magic
Abyss Break(Featless But Erza Believed It Would Have Destroyed Tower)
Tenrou Bluenote
Gravity Magic
My Take is That Bluenote will win This Fight Low To Mid Difficulty. He will use Gravity Magic to pin down Jellal from using Meteor and Defeat Him.

These guys are basically on the same level before the first timeskip. I give Jellal the benefit of the doubt that he can stand in Bluenote's gravity field - it could keep Tenrou Natsu down but couldnt do anything to Gildarts, so there's a range of doubt there. Because Bluenote could punch it out with Gildarts I'd give him the CQC edge, Jellal would have range. I think if Jellal used Grand Chariot Bluenote could actually use the ground to block it, like when he moved the earth below Gildarts. Whether that is quick enough or strong enough is another story. I'll probably choose Bluenote for this, whoever wins would do so high difficulty imo.

I'd say Jellal takes this with medium diff. Bluenote's gravity magic is very strong, but how could he stop him if Jellal uses Meteor? I don't even think that gravity could do a thing against him then. And if it can, Jellal could take him down in one shot once he cast Sema.

I would probably say that Bluenote takes this medium-high difficulty. Bluenote in my opinion was pretty strong before the time-skip he just wasn't on Gildarts' level. As we know Gildarts' level is incredibly high as he fought Acnologia alone and lived to tell the tale. Jellal was incredibly strong but I just don't think he would have a counter to Bluenote's Gravity or his Black Hole.

I'll give this to bluenote probably mid to high difficulty. Bluenote was quite a beast pre TS. He tanked fairy glitter and even though it was an inexperienced Cana, it definitely would've still been quite something. Bluenote was also able to keep going against Gildarts punches which is no mean feat. There's also black hole

This has got to be such an unfair and one-sided battle.
  • Tenrou Bluenote > Tower of Heaven Jellal [Medium Difficulty at Max]
There is literally only one reason why Bluenote would have trouble in this fight. That would be being out-ranged hence the Medium Difficulty. Otherwise, Bluenote is superior to Jellal in almost every stat. This was the guy who was called Ace of Grimoire Heart, the 2nd strongest guild in the Baram Alliance. This was the guy who overwhelmed Natsu, Wendy, Cana, etc. This was the guy who stood up against Tenrou Gildarts. Note that I said stood up and not beat, meaning that he is weaker than him; however, I'll be using Gildarts a lot more as an example.

Jellal's only real feats in which the outcome has been decided is standing up to Tower of Heaven DF Natsu and soloing Oración Seis. There may be a few more minor instances but either way, I don't even think GMG Jellal can beat Tenrou Gildarts... Let alone Tower of Heaven Jellal.

Gildarts is almost on the same level of Mard Geer if not higher. Tartaros DF Natsu can't beat Mard Geer. So Tower of Heaven Natsu is way weaker.

Natsu didn't one-shot Bluenote until after the timeskip in Pre-Alvarez Arc... And he did a lot of training during that time. So, Tartaros DF Natsu may well be on par with Bluenote. If not, either a little stronger or weaker but not by much.

As you can see, Bluenote's feats have shown enough to say that he takes this over Jellal. No doubt. This thread, however, would probably be more difficult to assess had it been GMG Jellal and Tenrou Bluenote.

Bluenote should take it.

Any other version of Jellal wins though.
