Hmm... the second page is the only one I buy, and it looks like a good ole proper tribute, far from stealing ideas :P But there may be more, and more convincing, examples of which I'm not aware. HxH is definitely a manga Toriko has a similar feel to, though, that I admit readily. But when you're dealing with a manga as amazing and influential as HxH, then of course that'll be the case.
I feel like the Japanese can go a bit overboard with these kinds of things. I remember when a few years back there was that controversy over Orange Range stealing music for their song Locolotion or whatever it was called and not crediting it; and while that one was perfectly fair, suddenly sites started popping up with huge lists of other bits of their songs that they stole from other places, and most of those were total bull. The Japanese plagiarism laws are just really strange, from what I've heard, so I tend to be wary about taking too much store in these accusations.
