Chikara is so cute, and that suit is awesome if that is what he wears this chapter, the chapters with his parents makes more sense now, since it says he used Unmove on them when he got it out of nowhere, and since they can't move, they got run over, super sad, Chikara is finally joining Union this week! And Fuuko and Chikara are doing special training? I'm really excited to see where this series goes from here on out! (doubt these are fake, but panels are more important then a synopsis for that)

Yes. If the Union Negators fail to complete the quest whole they gain a new rule as penalty and those new rules of Apocalypse, as befitting of his name, always brings humanity to the edge of extinction. If it were not for the Negators preventing that from happening that is.

As for Victhor due the way he tried to convince Union to let Fuuko die to be replaced by stronger Negators he seems to be the one who wants to battle and win against the God/s the most. He did say that it had been a very long time since a "Person" drove him into a corner meaning that until then only Gods or UMAs or other beings, like maybe Angels and Devils are a thing who knows, were able to either beat Victhor or to put him on a tight spot. He must have been through several circles by now.

Yeah the potential is huge in this series. I really like how it always manages to tie things up and to make sense like how Latla and Rip were able to talk despite being "frozen" due Unmove - due Rip's quick thinking of covering their faces from Chikara's sight.^^

Did you notice that Rio is way smaller shown than it is in our world? Like the hills around that Jesus statue should all be filled with Favelas but they are forests, not a single building in sight. And when Andy and Fuuko took a stroll there were hardly any people on the streets either. Sure it might just be laziness, but you would still expect the beaches to be full of easily drawn background characters even if they were only Stickmen. Makes me think this world's population is way smaller than ours. Also makes me wonder how the next world gonna look like and how this circle exactly functions, like do all worlds start from the same point or do rules get added from the get-go with each lose?
Well, we will see. Maybe we get our answer in a 100 chapters or so. The pacing is pretty quick after all.^^

The first question is not always true
Since in chapter 20, Juiz says: "On the contrary, we are dealing with an UMA added by APOCALYPSE. They always possess rules that lead humanity to ruin, and this one is no exception."

Yeah, but Juiz sees Umas in general as bad for humanity. Like UMA Languages created not only different languages but also different cultures and counting ways and such but with its death all languages were deleted, except for the Negator ones, and now everyone speaks, writes and thinks in English. Also Juiz said in chapter 9 that "once ever three months, new penalties are added even without our intervention." so I am not quite sure if this means the Union only got 6 months left before Ragnarok or if those penalties are different from the Apocalypse punishment ones and are not added to the stone table. Like we have seen some people carrying PET UMAs, basically tiny rules or very specific ones, and some spoke they had eaten this or that kind of UMA which makes me wonder if normal humans could already kill an UMA if it were a really weak one.

Ugh, I just realized that the "Kain" Rip whistled in ch.22 to was neither Creed nor Feng so it means either the giant Orca with the 4 fins and 2 tails is Kain or the one creating/controlling that monster is Kain. Maybe the mascot negator we saw last chapter on the whole Union vs Under ending has something to do with it?

For now, I see the Orcas as Undead x Unluck version of Orcas
Like some weird RULE was added and force those animals to evolve to a certain way to adapt
I also see that Junior is such a small lore/world building that they may not be important to the story (hence why it was in the Volume version and not the magazine version)

But I mean, every UMA has a rule attached to it, right? But the ones from Apocalypse are worse, and may cause humanities ruin.
But besides the Apocalypse UMAs, there are other ones, with other rules, albeit being "softer ones".

Yep, and it seems that the order of the UMAs being added might change between cycles, I don't know. Maybe Galaxy isn't always the 99th.

Actually the Corcovado hill isn't filled with favelas. If there's something wrong there, is that it's a lot bigger than the picture showed and the constructions inside favelas are generally built with bricks and not wood.

The number of people in the beach seems to be close to reality, as the number of cars. I think that was just a bit of lazyness, specially when we consider that the scenes in NY and Japan has a good number of people. As it was in that small town in Nevada, lots of zombies.

Oh, and another detail: Juiz is what "Judge" is called in Portuguese. So maybe she's Brazilian/Portuguese.

Okay I like to believe that Tozuka knows about pacing and the general idea of the story. Tozuka could easily do a volume worth of training montage, but instead go straight to the juicy plot.

I have a theory, they will lose to the battle against GOD the first time around, but will make it over to the next step like UNDER. Unless i'm wrong and Tozuka plan this to be 101 chapters. We are also don't know half the UNION UN ability.

I guess this arc will be a big one, and we will see all quests being completed on screen.

If you think about the Size of the Union base it makes sense to either assume that they got some UMA or Un-ability to create so many levels or that this base was build upon countless retires of failed "save the world/kill god" attempts. After all if Apocalypse were to start with just 1 Negator this would be over quickly and be quite "boring", it also says that the quests only start when Apocalypse is found so it means there MUST be someone who knows that they HAVE to find a book else the world keeps on changing around them. I am curious to see how the new world gonna look like when the Ragnarok is over.

As for this chapter we had the 3rd I killed my parents with my sudden Un-power background story. I would have liked it more if his family was still alive but I think any sane person would just refuse to take part in this madness if they had a normal life to go back to. Really how his friend tried to save Chikara, but man that mind wipe is sooooooooo damn good and convenient, just like that memory of Chikara wiped out. Nico is a genius!

I was surprised we went straight to the next quest and did not had a chapter or two with training of Fuuko and Chikara and had some focus on other Union members and their powers. Maybe in the next quest stuff we will see that. Since we already know Chikara's power and background story it would be a waste to have him, fukko and andy do a mission. I wonder who else will join them, Nico; Billy, the fast kiddo?
