I have couple of theories (work both way)

1 is each loop the negators stay the same from the previous loop (so Unchange Gina is still Unchange from this loop) when the RESET happens
2 is the previous Nico, Gina we see from previous loops have different negation


Both are being supported by this piece of info

Evidence 1: Juiz writes off UNBURN immediately, and tells the team to go for UNREPAIR. Under is probably a new thing from this loop, which mean UNREPAIR could be a member in the past

I doubt Chikara or Fuuko were in the Union on a previous loop.

Considering Juiz send a hitteam against Fuuko to capture it, it seems like the previous Unlucks in the loops before have always caused great catastrophes and were too unreliable as Negators thus Juiz might have always seen Negator-types like Fuuko as dangers that need to be closed away. This loop is different due Andy who as we see really is not the original according to the Memories of Apocalypse. Rather he was the first number 2 after Juiz being number 1. Those two must have endured tons of failures at the start of their loop journey with only two Negators and so many quests to fulfill.

Man, when Andy's forehead wound started to bleed I was like "Oh no, not now!" but it seems Victhor is just raging inside. I liked the memories from the past worlds, old Gina, cool Void, dead Nico. Juiz must similar to Victhor have an ability, artifact or UMA to keep jumping worlds and avoid her own end. Or she has a way of retaining memories when reborn or something like that. Makes me wonder when Billy took wind of the whole deal and when he decided to go rogue as he must have been part of Union for who knows how many loops.

If we don't know what this "Ark" artifact is (it's possible that we know and that I have just forgotten), then I bet this "Ark" is like Noah's Ark. A way to survive the end of the world and probably what allows them to survive the loops.

What I wonder, though, is that if Nico truly died in a previous loop rather than just being seriously injured... then I'm curious as to why exactly has he become a negator again in this loop? Is it destiny and not random to become a negator?

And also, another question: at what point in history do exactly begin these loops? How much time of "history" does really exist in each loop and is not fabricated? Does the ancient past even exist in this manga's world?

Ha, Shen being based after Son Goku just makes him more and more my favorite character.

Very good chapter.
Though, with 4 quests to complete now and just 10 members, they are rather short handed. I wonder if Juiz will dedicate a team to handling Billy, considering they have no idea what quest he will go for (I am assuming that the Ark is something that shows up after Ragnarok happens).
Thank goodness Tatiana is not emotionally distraught.

The Ark for sure means that, a way to survive Ragnarok. For sure.

In regards to the history of each loop, given the amount of punishments they are allowed to receive, I doubt they have more than, say, 300 years to solve everything. Which is a bit strange given the existence of Stonehenge, precisely where they are set.

Another possibility is that after each loop the reset year becomes later and later, so it wouldn't be a perfect loop.

The backstory is too cool to think about. I hope we get more info dump next chapter.

This bit confused me as well. My reasoning was that Apocalypse saw an opportunity to escape amidst all the madness/confusion happening. But then Top said this a while back:

i always had in my mind, that victhor always through loop from the start.. BUT not JUIZ. juiz live/survive loop in mid-point, or save-point...

and no BILLY in sight from flashback.. i was right, that spoiler guy on chapter 31 is wrong.. BILLY never been in LOOP before.. he jut know it at some point in this loop..

i chuckle when juiz claim, she got the 'stronger' warriors.. as powerfag, w/o gina or billy, thats downgrade... but yeah, you cant trust billy, and gina become too old to see god/ragnarok..

I tend to forget that Apocalypse is an Artifact and think of it as an UMA.

It's the only artifact we have come across so far that's sentient, which is actually a very interesting observation At least I don't remember any other artificats being able to talk and interact.
Btw, they never clarified if it was one, but I am assuming this Uchiha tablet is also an artifact?

I wonder if it's in Union's HQ as well

Spoiler: More detailed summary

There are a few ways to become aware that the world is on a loop, but Juiz knows because she's been using Ark to experience it herself.

Andy tells Juiz to prove that the world's on a loop, and she describes how the previous world ends and the new one begins.
The earth is physically smashed to bits by God, and a new star is created.
The meteorites that Fuuko's been summoning are small fragments of the Earth from before it was smashed to pieces.
As proof that Juiz herself has experienced this loop, she says that she knows that Andy has a mole on the back of his right ear. (Implying that she and Victor were lovers some time ago)

When the world is destroyed, everyone, save for Juiz using Ark, dies, but Andy realizes that since only Victor has Undead and the rules of death don't apply to him, he can't die, even when the world ends.

Juiz says that Billy betrayed them because the fact that the world is on a loop was leaked for some reason and tries to apologize by prostrating herself, but Shen says he doesn't want to see that and prevents her from doing so with Untruth.
Union makes a temporary roundtable out of rock and resumes their roundtable meeting.

Before moving on with the Quests, they need to find where Billy took the roundtable to and where Under's base is.
Their immediate objectives are to capture and restrain Billy, destroy Under, and get back the roundtable and any other artifacts Under stole.

To that end, Juiz tasks Andy and Fuuko with investigating whether the books they have are genuine or not.
It's likely that these books describe the world's past and future by the means of some Artifact.
She needs them because Billy's betrayal opened up a new route that not even she knows about.
Juiz produces the book from her pocket.

The book is Fuuko's bible and the holder of the record for the longest-running shoujo manga, Anno Kumo-sensei's (not sure about the name here cos no kana) masterpiece!!
