The Victor Juiz ordeal was painful to watch. Now they have to chose between Andy and the rest of the world's memories. I say: VICTOR LET'S GOOOOO.
This is why Andy had no memories of anything, all he knew was that he wanted to die and was tired of losing people. He was an exacerbated version of Victor's emotions. Victor's deserve to come back for the new loop. So he can get make up for his actions and help in the fight and make his full circle.
Also we saw that they both exist inside the main body so there is probably a way to enable them to switch up when they feel like it.

Fuuko’s unluck is tied to the strength of her love for the target. Her combo attacks with Andy leverage this - it wouldn’t work with Victor.

To use Remember they’re going to need to make the effect permanent on Andy so no more Victor alter ego.

She could just fall in love Victor ? I mean Andy is just a washed up version of him. We've seen awful things but we know Victor isn't actually a bad guy. Also that would mean erasing Victor...from his own body that's harsh.

Sol created the rules and the Uma. Luna created the artifacts. Not sure about the negators. Logic would say it was Luna, since they negate rules.

Never gets old watching Victhor power in action. Andy Undead ability probably is one of the coolest and unique shonen power since Gear 2 imo. These chapters are banger so far.

So they had two super powerful artifacts like that? True that they got them thanks to these years of effort but it suddenly seems too simple.

Rebellion ain't gon do much. I think the whole idea is that 400+ billion years of human hate is still nothing in comparison to a God.
The key to all this is Fuuko somehow empathizing with the Gods themselves.

I'm super curious to see how the butterfly effect plays out with this, the final, loop. For most of the negators, it seems that their power manifesting is tied to a personal tragedy. It's not like Fuuko can save the negators from their tragedies while still getting them to manifest their negator powers right? Or maybe she can? I was wondering how on earth she's going to both save them from their own tragedies while still recruiting them against God, but there IS one way that'd work:

Fuuko could basically intervene in all the tragedies, so say with Top (Unstoppable): Top manifests as unstoppable at the worst possible time, killing his friends with the sudden explosion of speed. Andy literally drops right in front of them at the exact right time, getting shredded but protecting them. A confused Top wakes up in his hospital bed, concerned and weirded out about what happened and more than anything, confused but thankful that Andy/Fuuko seemed to have protected his friends. Fuuko touches Top with the Remember artifact, and suddenly all 99 lifetimes of his memories flood into him. Suddenly we now have a Top that's incredibly thankful that the personal tragedy he's experienced 99 times didn't happen this time, because of Fuuko, and also he KNOWS what's coming: Ragnarok.

Repeat this process with the other Negators. even if Fuuko doesn't manage to prevent their personal tragedy! Just by using Remember on them, 99 lifetimes of memories and character development get restored instantly. All of the conflicts, betrayals, etc are now in the past, and everyone's fully motivated to kill God.

The big concern here is going to be how Sun reacts to seeing all this happen. All of this is a manipulative scenario that Sun and Luna created - humanity and the negators are rats in a maze, with bits of cheese at various points if they clear hurdles, but no escape in sight. None of the artifacts can kill the Gods, even Rebellion was only able to STALL Sun for a few minutes. Last time Sun sent the regulators after Andy because he just started killing UMAs willy-nilly.

I think the end game here is going to be all of the Negators basically nullifying Sun and Luna's actions, for just long enough that Fuuko is able to understand and empathize with them.

Ahahaha called it.

Although "heart" as an artifact is a new one. Guessing it's a powerup of empathy or compassion - which would paradoxically increase Fuuko's unluck. effect.

The Gods created life, despaired at how unlike themselves it was, then decided to play a game to test their creations to see if the creations could reach the same level as their creators.

Depends on whether the tragedy is a required trigger for the negator awakening or merely a setup. The whole world setup with multiple loops is a test to see if humankind can learn and grow.
