Alabasta was a public incident, and the SHs were known to be there, therefore, they had to be given a bounty. You'd see even Bartolomeo was aware of the SH's activity in Alabasta. It was public knowledge that they were involved in Alabasta, but just weren't given the credit for Crocodile's takedown.

Dunno why Luffy's bounty didn't increase after he Moriah. Maybe he didn't became worse in the eyes of the WG.

Moriah's defeat is the WG's humiliation. That wasn't public knowledge. In fact, if we go to Sabaody right after Thriller Bark, Shakky was unaware of what happened at Thriller Bark and only asked about Enies Lobby.

If an incident isn't public, anything that shames the WG will not be published to the world unless it's obviously already public and can easily be leaked.

While Luffy didn't get a bounty increase for Thriller Bark, the price for that was killing Moriah in the war to keep both his failure quiet and the failure of the WG quiet. When Shichibukai are being defeated left, right and centre as well as being exposed, the WG lose face and will lose the trust of those around them.

If the Thriller Bark incident was public, he'd definitely have acquired a bounty. Note how Bartolomeo despite being a fanatic mentions everything but Thriller Bark.

Best things for me

He has to be ( if not, IS) one of the youngest characters to eat a devil fruit. No wonder he's so profficient in using it, especially in conjucture with his advanced haki.

I think it was a pretty safe bet Aladdin would be captain of the FIshmen Pirates, with Jinbei leaving. He was already introduced as vice-captain. This is just an official confirmation.

The way I look at these characters' weapons is like this; it's a meitou until we're told otherwise. With the amount of graded weapons there must be out there, I assume a lot of the stronger characters have cursed weapons or meitous. Even Whitebeard's halbeard; my only surprise with that is that it was never brought up in the manga, as in a character exclaiming in awe, watching WB use it.

I am a bit disappointed with these latests Vivre Cards. I think compared to previous sets, these don't include as much new information. Gerd's card at this stage feels notably like fanservice, I mean she is barely a character at all. Opera should have been included instead considering his role in the arc.
Another example, while confirming Pretzel as a Meito is nice, it doesn't give the grade. That a sword without peers is likely a Meito is guessable, but without the grade, comparing it to other Meito is futile.

It gives the bounties for Oven and Daifuku, but none for Streusen, who has been a pirate for longer than any other character (non-giant) and who was with Big Mom from the start. Does that mean his Bounty is 0? Doesn't sound very convincing and we also know from previous cards that left out information doesn't mean xy can't be the case.

Anyways we are going to get more Vivre cards considering there is a huge number of spots left and the EX characters haven't caught up to the current arc yet. I was actually far more interested in these because I was hoping for some Chess Piece combattant names or something.

I think there will be a notable pause as the material for main cards is likely only enough for 3 packs or something, like 2 Wano and 1 Levely, but the latter is kinda stretchy considering all important characters are already on cards and the Databook won't spoiler Ryukugyu or Imu. So there is only the Revo's commanders...or maybe we finally get the Gorosei's names?

Let's also speculate about who's in the next sets of cards!

While it is certainly possible Streusen has no Bounty, he does not quite compare to Blackbeard. Blackbeard was a literal nobody, whose strength was only known to the crew and few outsiders.

Streusen on the other hand started out as the de facto captain of the Big Mom Pirates, which he either was until Linlin was mature enough or couldn't be controlled anymore. In addition to that he is also the head chef and also already was a pirate before... And he's 92!

So if he indeed has no Bounty, it likely would be more due to incompetence on the Marines part than a masters scheme on his part. I mean wouldn't you expect that there has to be a mind behind a 500M child?

Thing is, the databook isn't consistent on whether missing information means that something indeed isn't there. I think there are multiple examples of in case of Haki, for example Blackbeard's crew. Unlikely that all except Burgess aren't Haki users, yet the databook does not mention anything. Ace on the other hand was confirmed to have Armament in the novel, but the databook does not mention it.

If there's a new starter set in the future, maybe that one contains Opera. Would seem really strange if he is only an EX.

I think all Wano characters so far are cardworthy aside from Dobon, O-Tsuru, Solitaire, Hihimaru, maybe Speed, the Oniwabanshu aside from Fukurokujo, and the very minor characters like Jibuemon, Batman, KuniKakuSuke, etc..
