We can sort of say that TnK! Kin =~ Dorgias =~ Atobe =~ Romeo. It's certainly a lower level compared to Ralph, but no one is expecting Base Romeo to be able to deal with him.
I don't think Ralph is stronger than Amadeus. He had the match up advantage thanks to his special ability and yet the match was a 3 setter where he only broke Amadeus' serve once.
Now we know that all of Spain's players actually improve when cornered, it's certainly not an one and done thing, so I'm inclined to think Romeo now has 120% at his disposal from the get go (or, at least, once the stakes raise a bit like against Atobe).
His Reset should be a factor, yes, so Ralph should be the one that takes the initiative since he shouldn't want a battle of attrition.

Spain is extremely strong. Their Msers are in the level of Ralph/Amadeus (Romeo) and Zeus (Seda albeit slightly weaker). And dont get us started with Ryoga. lol
but anyways, I am still betting on ralph in this one
When it come to #1 of the country versus #2 downward of another country, I tends to cheer for the #1. I'll go with Raph. I think Raph is a tier higher. Romeo might have Ryoma hax, but he didn't have the MC hax as well.

I forgot to vote but I'd had gone for Ralph too. I re-read Atobe vs Romeo and I felt like Atobe still had a clear upper hand over Romeo in the final game even when the latter evolved to 120%, he just couldn't manage to play any rally that wasn't short. He had the serve advantage, sure, but I think that's not just it. He was only losing points because of his injuries.
So, if I scale HS3 Atobe to a level a bit better than Ralph (at most), then Romeo would still be outmatched here. That said, if Romeo can get the match against Ralph to the 3rd set (maybe breaking Ralph's service games through Materilizar) he can probably win it thanks to his resets.

Mares/Seda VS Bismarck/Siegfried (or doubles pro)
(But maybe save this after the Finals D2 match)
So, i will stick to singles out of Japan.
But, the problem is other notable players. We didnt see play on screen.
For Greece, We didnt saw Hades, Vulcan, Hermes. Those are their best players beside Zeus.
For Australia, we didnt saw crawford who can use Shiki drop shots (like Tezuka?!) According to databooks
For USA, literally, We are only using Ralph in this matchup thread.
Can we put Kiko, Dodo, or Alan for limited showings?
Switzerland, They do not used their second best player in Kuraraga. And their next best players Peter and Albert had almost off screened matches in 2 rounds.
France, Literally we can only have Ludovic and Osval. Since we did not see camus. And other reps are too weak and irrelevant.
So, Obviously,
For some reason
Japan, Germany, and Spain players will have the most eye test we saw.

That is true, but the series acknowledge Ohmagari "experience" as what allow him to outperform Yukimura and Renji which do have double chemistry. So actually all in all he's not that weak.

The problem with using either swiss pair is that they won off screen. We don't know any abilities besides that Albert and Randy can use Play Ball!
Their feats are good beating Duke and Phmagari, but those 2 were paired with some of the weaker middle schoolers in the lineup. Gin was outclassed in power and i stand by my assertion that he's the reason they lost. And Kite didn't actually have a functioning Nitoryu so it was still the same Kite who's Shuukichou tbey already defeated.
I have no doubts that either pair is strong, but they have few feats and even fewer playstyle moments to discuss.
It's the same reason i don't care for when Kuraga shows up in these discussions. He has a listed feat and that's it. There's nothing to discuss
Those 2 French reps have 30 total in stats tho. That's 2 more than Tanegashima who (I imagine) everyone thinks can rally with a MSer in TnK.
Yeah Sieg can exploit habits but I'm not sure Shiraishi has any, since in theory Bible Tennis shouldn't have? Maybe when he copies the other Shiten members he copies their bad habits too?
The fact that Sieg walked over Frankensteiner should be a huge feat except for the fact that we know very little about the latter to make a comparison here. Shiraishi's 7 in TEC should be child's play for Siegfried to manage, at least, since Frankensteiner had shown a control second to pretty much no one in PoT.

But since Siegfried is training under Germany Facilities. He might have the upper hand.
Interestingly, Shiraishi is one of the few Japan Players who I think will be better under Germany Training Regimen, than Japan Training Regimen. (Oh, this might be a good thread in the future)
Logically, Siegfried have advantage to probably being around Akaya and managing to beating him 1v1.
However, I'll like to note that the version of Akaya that people all agree is stronger than Shiraishi isn't the one that barely lose to Siegfried. It's the Blue Eyes Akaya after his last set upgrade. So I would say Shiraishi actually stand MUCH more of a chance against Siegfried than Pre-upgrade Akaya.
But I like Shiraishi so I'll be biased for once. I'll go with Shiraishi. 30 stats French reps are no joke and Shiraishi is actually capable of keeping up with them after his Star Bible upgrade. Yes, he lose, but is it really a shame to lose to 30 stats players who might actually be specialized in doubles?
Shiraishi actually has a decent shot at this I think. If we assume the "consumed by the light" effect of TnK is universal and not just a thing in Tezuka vs Yukimura. Then part of its Strength is that overwhelming force that makes the opponent doubt themselves. But Shiraishi can force his mental to 7 which likely stop that effect. Plus his Bible prevents Siegfried from taking advantage of weaknesses. It's close since Siegfried would likely be in higher stats in anything Shiraishi doesn't focus on. But i think Shiraishi has a better chance to win.
One thing of note is that Siegfried is the only player shown to be knocked out of TnK who then struggled to get back into it. Implying a weaker mental stat. Thus if Shiraishi can grab momentum, Siegfried can theoretically get shut down severely.
