Sad to see Medaka as a bottom dweller again. I know it's not in any real danger of getting axed since odds are one or two of the new series will flop and cusion the rankings for a while but it still makes me sad, because I'm still waiting for an anime announcement. Hopefully Reborn will bounce back up too.

Why always Toriko and OP?Do they have some kind of connection?I've already noticed it before.There are those ova/movies both got and other occasions where they were both mentioned or featured.
Does anyone know what's behind this or is this just a considence?

Toriko will replace Dragonball Kai and air alongside One Piece starting next month. So Toei and Shueisha are doing everything in their reach to be sure that Toriko anime will be a hit, and the more they associate it to OP...the better.

Yeah. There has seemed to be a tenancy of people liking One Piece also liking Toriko. Remember, in the questionnaires you vote for your top 3 favorites. So Jump is able to tell who associates what with what. So they're pushing to get their One Piece audience to watch/read Toriko. Which is why they're doing the whole double-feature movie and hour-block anime.

Also, great to see Gintama in the #1 spot above Naruto. Even before the anime's restarted, that's impressive. Probably because of how boring the zombie arc has been with it's minor-character-in-meaningless-battle thing it's been doing.

And Bleach is still very low now.
Dois Sol still being that high in week 6 may bode well for it. (Is it 6? Something like that) being almost ranked. But it's technically not ranked, so who can be sure.

By the way guys, that other series I'm pretty sure is supposed to be written Märchen or Maerchen. It's based on the German word for Fairy Tale which has been adopted into the Japanese language. It's written based on pronunciation.

Kind of a cool week. Gintama beats Naruto which is fun to see and Sket is ranked third! Very impressive. Love that DOIS SOL is placed so high, especially considering it only has one more week of being unranked. This could mean good things for it

i only started seeing this thread also few time ago, i only got to know what TOC were cuz i read bakuman and so i became interested in seeing in what positions are the mangas that i love of shonen jump.
About bleach i think it is ranked more and less around [4,7] i think. Some mangas as Toriko, Bakuman,Gintama have been able to get better ranks than Bleach.

i totally agree you about your oppinion about Naruto, until now we havent saw a battle that we can say that was fantastic, but we will see soon!!!! and most likely is going to be Garaa´s fight i think!
until now the war has not being nothing special, the major fights and the major "actions" still didnt happen, and at the time that we start seeing them , nobody can take first place of Naruto! not even OP!
I want to see Naruto end is training fast and see the results of it soon , maybe rikoudo mode with seninn mode

i also only have read 15 chapters of Gintama i think , but i will try to read it all , cuz based on the latest ranks it is going very well
