Maybe, for the next round, start only one serialization, or even it's delayed enought to cancel any of the newer... Naruto could also end by then, though I don't think so.

I think Nisekoi would also be ending end of this year unless its anime is truly that split cour thing and is also airing in this summer, then Nisekoi would most likely be able to last longer.
Not sure about Nisekoi. Since it started the characters' second year, it means that it'll most likely going to move to their third year as well. Plus, at the beginning, there was already indication that the characters have to play their fake relationship for 3 years.

So, I doubt Nisekoi going to end by this year.

I dont see how he can really keep this plot going for 140 - -200chps, thats quite a lot.

Just because you don't see, it doesn't mee Nisekoi going to end soon. There is no reason for Nisekoi to end before the characters' full three years. I think Nisekoi most likely going to end when they graduate.

Kochikame ending is about as farfetched a prediction as One Piece or Soma ending. It's exactly like saying the Simpsons are going to get cancelled from FOX, because that's how Kochikame is known in Japan. There is zero debate on its status in the magazine, nor will there likely be any for a long time.

Even if you ignore Bleach's sales and its performance on the ToC, thinking Bleach will end whenever Kubo wants ignores one crucial fact: His storytelling had been on a steady decline after Aizen's defeat. Any true fan would know that.

Thinking Beelzebub will not end within the next few weeks is also complete denial. You may not necessarily feel it ending, but as firmly proven in the past, Tamura has consistently rushed himself through the series' most crucial moments, even if the series wasn't at risk of cancellation. And since he's doing the exact same thing now, it proves that there's nothing noteworthy to be told after these last upcoming few chapters.

Nobody thinks Naruto may be out in the next two or three rounds? It's been ending for years and this seems to me the final fight.
Is it possible to milk it even more?
I'm not convinced, Kishi is the king of stretching. I wouldn't even be surprised if he ends the war, takes a month long break, and after another three year timeskip, starts Naruto Hokage-hen. Naruto is like the villain in a slasher movie, it's not dead until the credits role.

Ill still remain bullish on my expectation that Bleach will end before we end Spring of this year.

But for the main subject, proposing Kochikame ending is an odd one since I think they are really just keeping it in the magazine just out of tradition and respect and probably to cater to an age group thats not in line with the other typical series.

Soul Catcher(s) is most likely next at risk after Iron Knight unless it continues to outperform World Trigger than unfortunately World Trigger would go. I think Nisekoi would also be ending end of this year unless its anime is truly that split cour thing and is also airing in this summer, then Nisekoi would most likely be able to last longer.

So Id end up going, Soul Catcher(s), World Trigger, Bleach, -> Nisekoi.
I doubt that Bleach would end by like, June. It's still in the first day of the war, after all. Or maybe second now. (out of at least seven)

That would be something if Soul Catcher(S) outlasted Trigger. Though, Trigger's pace is starting to feel rushed right now.

Seems possible for Nisekoi to end this year, but that's a real stretch.

This is all based on all the new serializations doing well, which seems rather unlikely.

Anyway, when does Isobe's first volume come out?
Their twitter gained almost 2000 more followers in like 2 weeks. Soma and Trigger's twitter following seem to be leveling out.

Nisekoi is at the summer break of the second high school year, so about the middle of it.

Bah. People and them wanting Bleach to get cancelled. It won't, no matter how much you want it to get cancelled.
It will end when this arc does. That can vary from 3 months to 2 years, depending on how Kubo takes it.
uhm, Definitely not 3 months, since Kubo is taking his own sweet time.
Yes, it has declined. But seriously, it sells more than 90% of manga in Japan. People who think getting an initial print of 750k is not enough for Bleach to deemed "popular" are kidding themselves. WSJ gives Bleach quite a number of CPs also. And past 2 CPs have included a double spread.

Not trying to argue but if Bleach haters on this thread try to make light of a series that others love, then it would lead to arguments. So can people stop thinking Bleach will get cancelled and move the topic to something more worthwhile?

What are the chances that Kuroko will end? I doubt WSJ would want it to end since it's basically their 3rd highest seller after One Piece and Naruto (HxH not included cause its on hiatus). But story-wise, it is kinda hard for Kuroko and the rest of Serin to play another year since they bet everything on this tournament.

Nisekoi? No way. Dunno why that even came up. It just got an anime too. Maybe if it drops in ranks and the anime ends with low ratings or something. For Nisekoi fans, I hope not. But I'm just stating what could lead it to be in trouble.

Saiki? Doubt it. That way, WT should be cancelled first since Saiki has better average ranks and sells quite decent for a gag manga whereas WT's ranks were good in rare occasions and sales are kinda mehh for a battle manga. Sure, its early but since we are talking about Saiki, I brought WT up.

I'm guessing, Soul Catcher(s) could be in danger next round if it doesn't keep the ranks steady.

Yeah, I don't get why people suddenly start talking about Nisekoi's ending on this year. It is nowhere near its ending or event its climax.

Why people think Nisekoi going to end this year?

Doesn't make sense at all, considering the pacing, what's left to cover (school wise). And more than anything the plot is far from over....

Nisekoi won't probably end this year, but won't go on for very long. Its already half time through its time frame.

Bleach also won't end. Just look at Naruto which dragged on its final war for so long now. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends in the next round after this one, but on the other hand could go on for another year.

WT may rush on but that could be more of a way to add drama. WT world seems to be quite big with millions of worlds to conquer. It won't have problems in expending its world if it survives longer even with rushing through planet and antagonists.

Sc could also end, if it does barely. It could have the same problem like enigma after all leaders of the school band are conquered without a main goal going to follow along. also i guess that its safe to assume that at least 1-2 of the new series will be axed. Was there ever the case for a whole batch to survive?

Leader Den Takeshi and One Piece both started at the same time and were big successes.

Same with Death Note and Gintama.

Reborn! and D. Gray Man.

The most batch which ever lived long were three: Rookies, Whistle!, and Hunter x Hunter (1998). For upcoming one, I predict one may going to survive; if lucky, then there going to be two series.

I honestly don't think any of them will survive this time.
I think it's too early for Shiibashi to return.
Stealth Symphony is likely going to be plagued by issues I mentioned earlier in the thread.
And Tokyo Wonder Boys and iShoujo face stiff competition from other series in the same genre running in the magazine.

I think it is just too early to judge whether survive or not for series which even didn't release yet. I think we should argue that at least when all of them officially started their serialization.

Right now, I think it is too early to talk about this issue.

As if quality is synonym of long planning. All of them make success is hard IMO. Which one will make sucess or fail we will know after their debuts.

Survive this time? You mean all end in the 12-17chp range? That seems unlikely, the sports series probably has the blessing of being able to last at least 40 or so chapters...dont think they would really end it considering the big sport event happening in the year anyway. It just has to be better than Cross Manage...

The competition thing is odd, surely jump has had three sports manga running at once? And isnt it time to start building or gaining another sports series since people say Kurobas could potentially end?

I remember there is a time which Jump serialized 6 sports series at once; Rookies (baseball), Whistle! (soccer), Rising Impact (golf), Hikaru no Go (go; I'm not sure this series cosider sports series), Prince of Tennis (tennis), and Mr. Fullswing (baseball).

I'm kind of skeptical about Kuroko going to end soon. Kuroko is highest selling sports series in currently ongoing sports series in Japan; so, I think there is a possibility that the editors tell Fujimaki to extend it.

I don't udnerstand why people think starting a new series means that the mangaka begin planning it just after ending his last one. people have dreams and other inspiration and could work on a side project all the time while writing their main series. like at the mangaka from kimi no maru no ichi who draws several series at once and starts new series after finishing one.
