I'm not sure if Shimoyama Kento and Date Tsunehiro going to serialize this one shot or not. It is called Tokyo Wonder Boys.

Also, it looks like Shimoyama Kento is a screenwriter for several animations, like Gintama, Keroro Gunsou, Beet the Vandel Buster, Busou Renkin, To Love-Ru, Hataraku Maousama, etc.

Iron Knight

The bottom five is kind of sad, considering KoiCupid, Hachi, and Iron Knight are all relatively new yet on the same plane. Iron Knight had such promise after not being as dark and mature as the teaser image made it though I guess people wanted something more edgier and with more than just one lead character initially.

Hachi's fate was sealed the second the second it premiered with that incredibly dark and morbid overly mature premise that has proven consistently that its just not a good fit for this magazine.

Hoping the ones I want from this new batch thats incoming wont debut with similar bad results. As Shinuki no Reborn said that its been since 2010/2011 since a soccer manga has run in this magazine, hopefully the readers of 2014 are ready for a soccer series again and willing to give it a chance considering Volleyball and Basketball are satisfying their sports needs. I want it.

Well, in 2010 (World Cup) we had two soccer mangas, and the both failed, and after Dois Sol failed too. If i'm not wrong the last popular soccer manga was Whistle (1998-2002), this is more than a decade, seems like Jump has a big problem with soccer mangas

The funny part is the series could easily be canceled before the World Cup even begins. Which makes it a bit weird that they start it now if they really wanted to ride the hype. Seems a bit early, unless they actually expect this one to ride its way out through the Summer.

Well, I think Japan is already in a big hype with the World Cup, now. So, I guess the editors think the end of February is a right time to start perhaps.

I had the same impression. Hope this new duo do as great as Medaka Box's authors did, and better.
Btw, I'm glad to see Shiibashi again. NuraMago was a cool series and the art was amazing, I really missed Shiibahi's style.

Well, that list is uploaded by the usual spoiler uploader in 2ch and all of 2chers are saything that it is real. So, I think it is legit.
