Ever since Kimetsu no Yaiba began, crocodile Gotouge has been my new spirit animal.

Why do all best authors have animal avatars? Oda, Sorachi, Togashi... what do you mean Tabata has a duck avatar? Go away, Tabata.

We can always have a timeskip. This happened with the dance manga. Why can't it happen with HZ?
There is nothing to time-skip... If you read instead of bashed, we wouldn't have to argue about this.
Also why HZ should be "over naturally" when bigger mangas did not have this luxury?
I'm not saying it deserves to end naturally, but will Jump let it? Regardless, it will not end this round at least. Deal with it.

I do read it haha... And I did not said it will end "this round" I said "since it will receive a color page, the ending annoucement should come".

You mad? :/

Hinomaruzumo has an audience that helps it maintain decent rankings in the magazine which to nobody's surprise is what matters for the magazine. Neither Bleach nor Toriko had that luxury in their twilight years.

Wait... What??? You're saying that HZ have more decent ranking than Bleach AND Toriko in their good times?

Ok... Now people here are just inventing stuff to defend their favorite series...

And MHA fans are already losing their minds over a comment... Imagine when S2 airs repeating the very same mistakes of S1... lol.

Also "reputation"... Really? For commenting about manga/anime? Come on...

Everybody knew that he was alive, otherwise Jump would already announced something and made him a tribute.

Why would I talk about their best days when the topic of the discussion is the series ending? Of course I am referring to the time they made bottom five their home.

"Twilight days" is an English idiom meaning time before the death or the end. If you struggle with English, just say so, nobody will judge you.

Well depending of the "alive" that you are mentioning... Death sounds better...

Don't get me wrong, I do not wish anybody to die... But if you're unable to work, to do what you love, hell, to live a proper life... What's the point of living anyway?

I hope Ashihara is safe and sound though and he comes back with his usual 100% potencial.

I have no problem with English but yeah I did not get what you said, sorry... Even so if you used twilight days you're assuming that HZ is ending as well, right? :)

And pretty much you're also assuming that "because it has more or less" good ranked positions (the dance manga used to have as well) it "will end naturally"?

Nah.

There are things beyond work like family and friends supporting you in this moment. Work is not the most important thing in life.

I never said it is... Doing what you love and staying with the ones that loves you are.

Edit: Weird... Why the system did not merge the prior 2 comments of mine? Admin please let me know if I have to edit to not count as a double post.

I am aware how cancerous it could be but what did the BnHA fandom ever do to you?

Nothing in particular... I think that the problem is how I communicate with you guys... I'll try to make it simpler from here on...

The problem with MHA fandom is the same of OP, Naruto, or any big battle shounen... People can't receive a critic of their beloved series. They can't see their beloved series "losing" on toc, sales or anything... If BC takes first position for example, people LOSE THEIR minds (not because BC is clearly a poor manga, but because even being so, it beated mha). If somebody critics the anime or is not that sure that s2 will be a success (as the hype wants it so badly to be) people LOSE it too.

And this is pretty much obvious by the kind of comments I receive against my opinions. People tend to attack me instead of the post. It just don't make any sense haha. If you don't agree, say it is dumb, say it's stupid and/or you don't agree or simply don't give a crap.

But don't attack people just because they critic your series. And this is for everybody, not only me. That's pretty much it.

Everybody understood this part of the opinion and I kinda agree with you, but the tone changes when you wish for a one year hiatus for My Hero Academia when everybody knows that such thing would only occur because of illness reasons. You are wishing bad for the author because of a couple of fanatics.

Yeah but did you ask why I even mentioned a "one year hiatus". I was clearly joking (About the time) and you know it...

The thing is... I much rather prefer 1 year of hiatus for any series that I like, instead of the mangaka killing himself and not doing the amazing work he used to be because of it.

If Horikoshi is having health issues (I hope god it's not the case) or the anime-related stuff is taking too much time... LET HIM REST. Let he take the break he needs...

I don't want it to enter on hiatus just to make you guys mad... That would be funny, I assume... But it's not the point... And no, I'm not wishing anybody bad... It's the opposite dude.

The final fight that is starting right now has been built up ever since the beginning of the manga, so yes, I believe that the manga will end after it.

And pretty much you're also assuming that "because it has more or less" good ranked positions (the dance manga used to have as well) it "will end naturally"?
Of course. After Ushio, the protagonist, beats his main rival Kuze, the manga will have reached its climax. It would be unnatural to prolong it after that.

Sesuji wo Pin! is a bit of a different case. Its rankings sunk during the middle of the final tournament and recovered only a little too late, so that definitely played a role in its ending. But at the same time, the author managed to show what he wanted to draw, and managed to finish with an ending much more natural than the majority of the magazine.

In spanish it has a similar word for that, and Spanish/Portuguese are like brother language
