My Hero Academia Timeslot is a way, but really way, better timeslot than Toriko/Dragon Ball Super timeslot.

That is not true. Last Kindaichi aired just 2 anime(excluding MHA) before, and most times got ratings of 6. After Kindaichi, Ace Attorney aired and had low ratings for the slot, still normally above 4%. Time Bokan "kind of" recovered the slot ratings and already has its 2nd season confirmed.

Time Bokan, Space Brothers, and Ace Attorney did not average 6, infact they barely scrapped by 3-4%
Ultimate Otaku averaged 2-3% and only a few episodes got a 3% tally despite its 6.7% start (which was because of Magic Kaito). So Case Files S1 and Magic Kaito were the only shows that got a 6% in ratings while everything else was between a 3-4%. Funny thing about Space Brothers is that it had lower premiere ratings than MHA yet here you are saying it did very good. Make up your mind.
People who post weekly rating updates and know more about that shit than me or you. Kai not doing well isn't really something people can deny at this point. It got canned despite having an average rating of 9.4%, Toriko got canned despite having an average rating of 6.2% nowadays shows outside of Sazae-san and Shin-chan dream of getting those ratings and even they have fallen off themselves.
For people like Bigivelfhq is if the show isn't doing as well as shows that aired years before it its a failure. For people like G.I.A. if its not doing better than established 30 year franchises its a failure. For everyone else it varies. Obviously the TV rating standard in Japan has gotten way down in recent years so expectations tend to vary depending on the property hence why making comparison between other shows is pointless since TVTokyo won't cancel Pokemon because its ratings are worse than One Piece but if you're making the Top 10 every week than your ratings are probably good unless you're Toriko or DBZ Kai which got pulled for other reasons.
Technically it was an "I don't want to be X" series. And it managed to accomplish exactly what it set out to do, by which I mean nothing.
