Let's play a game where we estimate/guess how many volumes in total the established on-going series from WSJ will have when they end.
Black Clover - 25-30
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations - 12-15
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - 25-30
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. - 27-30
Dr. Stone - 25-30
Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma - 35
Gintama 75-78
Haikyu!! - 37-40
Hinomaru Zumō - 25-30
Hunter × Hunter - 50
My Hero Academia - 35-38
One Piece - 100+
The Promised Neverland 18-20
Robot x LaserBeam - 25-28
Spring Weapon Number One - 6-8
Tomatoypoo no Lycopene 10
World Trigger - RIP???
We Never Learn - 18-23
Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs 18-23
It would help if I were up to date with some things, it would help a lot. But looking at previous successful manga from WSJ, I think this is about right. I don't think WSJ will allow manga go any further than 40 volumes any longer, unless it's absolutely necessary to finish the story.
