But BLack Clover is the best manga in jump right now, bozebeats and haikyuu are after it. Tabatas writing along with Furudate's are always flawless.
Why BC is the best? If you say it is the best, than you should give us honest opinions. If you say it's your favorite, in that case that's just your right and nobody can argument against.

To me, be the best and be the favourite are two things completely different.

We do not exaggerate.

Overall, My Hero remains superior. Black CLover is just the answer of Jump to Fairy Tail, with less goodness and fan service.

Let's say that Black Clover was also very lucky, he made his debut in a period whose Jump did not fare well and he managed to create a fanbase, which allowed the manga to survive and achieve a decent success.

Obviously nothing comparable to The Promised Neverland, which is a success that happens once every ten years.

Right, also Assassination Classroom.

Yeah, like i said before, BC won't even reach Toriko level of sales. .
Can you see in the future?

Black Clover's push is nowhere near as big as Toriko. Toriko aired in Dbz Kai's slot along with One Piece and had far more exposure among the young audience. That alone puts it way ahead.
And don't forget the crossover.

They were obviously trying to make it the Bleach substitute in the Big 3, which has worked relatively well for a while.

Jump didn't need an answer to Fairy Tail, when Black Clover started Fairy Tail was already in decline and ending, they should have answered years ago if they had to. It was an answer to the important mangas that were ending in the magazine. It was lucky indeed, Jump was desperately needing replacements with at least some amount of success. The readers also contributed, giving more attention to it than they would if the magazine wasn't so dry. Then here we are, the series is far from selling what it should comparing to the pushing it receives, but it sells decently. We can see now how this is true. I don't see much difference in quality between BC and Bozebeats and Jujutsu, but they will have a tough to survive because the magazine is already loaded with battle shounen. The criticism here towards Black Clover was much more rash at its beginning than they have been with those two, I guarantee you.

Black Clover is now benefiting from the point of view of merchandasing.

I dont think a manga needs to be a once in decade success to be called ones favorite or the best :(

And I think saying that a manga that barely has any chapters and is basically just an cookie-cutter exorcist story is one of the best in Jump right now is dumb.

I would like to have this innocence, to be honest, as if I started reading manga yesterday, again. :P
The first one always has a special place in your heart, like Black Cat is for me although I probably would destroy my vision about it if I read it again. XD

A low Number of chapters doesnt prevent a manga from being good. Stealth Symphony and Gakkyuu hotei have low chapter numbers and are still in the upper tier of my list for best jump manga.

Wow... I'm feeling pretty hyped for this one. I know I should try to contain it and remain distant until its future is a little more certain, but I can't help it. I loved archaeology as a kid, so I can't help but be curious to see what else gets unearthed. Plus the gyaru and future dude's designs are really good. Can't wait to read this in English.

So, manga that went nowhere because they flopped are some of your favorites in Jump.... Well, at least this time you said your list, you didn`t make it seem like some universal rule, so I guess that`s something.

Absolutely loved the MC. What a crazy smug bastard.

This start really gave me good vibes
The type of humor kind of reminds me of Dr. Stone's, which is really good since that's the strongest part of the series for me. Both characters already seem like they have quite a bit of personality, which is always good to have to draw people in at the beginning. In addition to the main plot, both characters seem like they could have their pasts explored quite a bit to see how they ended up this way.

It's pretty interesting that WSJ has been experimenting a bit recently with younger female, older male protagonist duos with this and Act-Age. I haven't been following WSJ for long at all, so maybe this isn't as uncommon as I'm thinking, but I can't think of any other series that fit the bill that have been published recently.

So, anyone placing bets on how long the new Ikezawa series freshness will hold this time, until he inevitably fails to figure out how to keep long term interest?
