I dont think that's alwayd true. I dont remember big shokugekis or big fights in toriko anime causing sales to keep boosting like didnt both series see drops, same for BLeach post aizen or during aizen, naruto, and one piece has been decreasing.

i'm talking specifically about bnha and bones and nothing else

Haikyuu sells more per volume. Just check the sales for the latest volume.

beside the already announced new series from Takujou no Ageha mangaka, Sakano Asahi (Tabata's assistant), Atsuhiro Kudou (Clown, Hane no Ichizoku author)

there are miniseries from the guy that wrote Grimm Reaper oneshot last year, Tairyou Satsujin Hikari writer (he's both writing and drawing this time)
the due that wrote Legacy oneshot which was 2016 GFC entry, they're getting serialized before the GFC 2016 winner, there is a preview for their miniseries in color

Never said NNT wasn't on the decline, but they are extremely close in a lot a ways. 40+ episodes, movies in 6th and 4th year respectively, not rocket science.

At 17 volumes. This was Heiji’s last update from Feb. Obv it’s more now with Vol 18 released. I couldn’t find any more recent figures so I’m just using the last update. Either way its not my point, was showing how similar they are.

Oooh, so the 13 million in print in Feb Heiji was referring to was at 16 volumes then? So it would be 812K a volume at that point, My Hero doing better than I thought. All it does tho is reinforce my main point that they are similar enough to be compared to more than the Big 3 lol. But appreciate the info anyways.

I know you like to attack BC on every possible opportunity but come on, you're in outright denial now. A show getting 4 cour minimum is a long runner, that's how long running shows work. Plan for a year at first and keep going if it's popular enough to be worth it.

Especially these days when the majority of anime are only 1 cour.

No its not because now you're saying that every anime with 50 episodes are long runners which is false. "Long running" implies that a show has no set end date and can go on for years Black Clover is set to end by September which means it would have been running for only a year. One year is not what a longrunner makes. Also I don't attack Black Clover just the people who like it there's a clear difference.

Do you even read what you write? You said it's not even in top 5 even though it released a new episode. That's why I posted the screenshot. I couldn't care less if it's consistently there in top 5 or not.

Also I don't attack Black Clover just the people who like it there's a clear difference.

I fail to see how this makes it better. Besides that, I didn't know this forum allowed such behavior.
