If you mean manga sales, then harem manga barely see any increase in sales. Yuuna will probably grow about 20-30k at best, if it does at all. The main thing there is merchandising of the girls. There are rare cases like Nisekoi but was huge, like 160k, before the anime. It peaked at 350k after the anime. Yuuna is nowhere near there and the times were also different back then.
Holy shit, Nisekoi had this number before the anime? I had no idea that it sold like that in that time. It's indeed huge for a harem series.

Is every new successful manga from now on going to be considered pushed? Just wondering. What criteria does something have to meet so it isn't considered as "pushed"?
Yes when something you like is to yhe front its not getting pushed at all.

I'm just asking what criteria something has to meet to not be considered pushed? I really want to know that.

If the TOC is true, really happy for Jujutsu and Act-Age. I was expecting them to survive this year and it seems that it'll happen.

Nothing is pushed. It's always just been buzzword for trolls.

I mean, at this rate every new manga from the magazine will be considered as pushed. BC, Yaiba, Neverland, Bokuben, Dr Stone, RxL and now Act-Age and Jujutsu. xD

Don't laugh. WNL and Yuuna did poorly this week too.
Tadahiro likes to work under pressure. The last 2 chapters are FIRE. I think it will still be okay after 3rd anniversary next Feb. :notsure Why you @ me at WNL is another question though.

Another rare case is TLR Darkness where it double the sale after it switches magazine (did 250k~300k before Darkness anime, compare to 100k~150k last 5 volumes or TLR post season 2).

Once again youtubers cant be trusted especially one who says "He is the source" when people ask him for the source of his info.
Never seen him say that before but ok

To be fair, he's never claimed that he's the source.

I haven't read much past chapter 10 of Jujutsu Kaisen and only the first three chapters of Act Age (lack of translation is at fault here). While I do enjoy Act age plot more then Jujutsu Kaisen's neither really strike me as all that super appealing. Act Age in my opinion would be more fitting in a monthly magazine. As for Jujutsu Kaisen, I'm not sure if this is just me, but it comes across as kind of a hollow plot similar to how Bozebeat was while it was running for example: the reason the MC is doing the thing he does is paper thin to the point of asking why is this character the MC instead of X other character, a scope in terms of world I'm not really referring to world building with this just what is the "defined" area that the series is currently operating in (is it one city? multiple? ect.), is this a "public" know problem or only the society the MC is apart of know about it, and for what reason does the overall plot have for the X-circumstances to be happening now, what ever time period is taking place. Neither of these series is particularly bad in my opinion just they needed more time to be thought through before being serialized. A little side note connected to Jujustsu Kaisen how many Exorsist manga have gotten switched to another magazine after they first debut in WSJ?

Being pushed would imply ads. I don't recall seeing Dr Stone ads covering the steps of Jpn stores or having its posters and artwork at many central jpn subway etc hubs like promised Neverland and others.

For once I agree with Koi Kage on something. Nothing wrong with either Jujutsu or Act-Age but in comparison to last year's batch that made it they're thoroughly unremarkable.

Yeah it was just on Ametalk to promote the first volume.

I still want to know what the criteria is for what should be considered as pushed when pretty much all of the new things from 2015 and after fall into the "pushed" category. What does something have to do in order to not be considered as pushed.

Its not by popularity either or else they wouldn't leave the bottom 5.
Wow what a hater. Be a cynic as much as you please but you aren't entitled to your own facts. Despite its slow start, Jujutsu has shown to reach the top 5 a few times before this. It's about the time this chapter was ranked that it started to pick up in Japan. Next you'll be claiming it's volume sales are fake. After all it's a "bottom 5" series right? Although technically its only been the actual bottom 5 a few times. It's a legit good series, live with it.

Anything that becomes popular will get pushed. Shueshia has more data than we do.
I wonder how Jujutsu and Act-Age do digitially.

I think it ultimately comes down to personal opinion if something classified as getting "pushed" by the magazine or not. Alot of people say something is pushed due to # of CP's or adverts. Me personally I classify something as getting "pushed" if its a series like Shokugeki no Souma and Gintama where after a certain point they come across as being unnecessarily extended passed an ideal stopping point is this a bad thing not necessarily is it a good thing yes(keeps readers and still makes money)/no (makes it hard for new series to try and find their footing in the magazine). I also classify HxH as being pushed also but thats mostly due to WSJ not wanting to move HxH to another magazine (Giga) or keep it in WSJ but giving it a quazi-monthly release where Togashi only has to make a chapter with the normal 18/19 page count every month or 2 if his health permits it.

Because you say so right? This is what happens when you give an honest opinion about something than fans go up your throat for not conforming to their opinion. Jujutsu isn't bad but I gurantee most of its appraisal is because nothing in this round stands out. Its fine if you like it but your shill game won't convince me that its good.
