Not really. I think people already pick and choose which volumes to buy, additionally we've seen how final volumes of series suddenly get a huge increase over previous volumes.
Beside the Limited Edition of Kochikame which sold for 500k+, i don't remember any instances of the last volumes spike in sales within WSJ, maybe Naruto? I do know a fair amount of people bought the magazine which contains the last chapter of Naruto.

Someone was asking yesterday about Muhyo & Ryoji being on Crunchyroll. They just posted a subbed preview so I assume they have it

Yeah they announced it earlier today

First, let's start with the latest update as of Wednesday, August 1. Crunchyroll announced the addition of Muhyo & Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation to the summer simulcast lineup. Stay tuned for exact timing! http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2018/07/21/crunchyrolls-summer-2018-anime-simulcast-lineup

... not to mention that now the digital has taken hold overwhelmingly affecting the sales of paper.
Facts and figures for proof please that show One Piece and every other manga in WSJ has been overwhelmingly affected by digital sales.
I'll wait. :)

Seriously ?

No evidence is needed, it is well known.

If it gets a sequel like Muhyo, the probability is higher

Digital sales of printed material have increased more than sales of printed material. Thus, it is highly unlikely and very improbable that Digital Sales HAVE NOT affected Jump manga sales. Even in this very thread, calculations have shown that a meaningful and not insignificant amount of manga sales are digital.

According to a survey by the Research Institute for Publications, sales of digital manga last year are estimated to have risen 17.2 percent from a year earlier to ¥171.1 billion ($1.6 billion), while sales of physical manga fell roughly 14.4 percent to ¥166.6 billion.

I just hope Rokudenashi Blues gets an anime one of these years. If it has managed to be the 12th Jump top seller with no anime, I can't start to imagine how much would it sell if it gets anime (see JoJo).

Jaguar never got more than a single OVA I think and it ran for 10 years.

I guess gag series go by slightly different standards though.

JoJo anime sells Blu-Ray discs not backlog volumes. None of the part beside the on-going one made it in top 50 Oricon but a lots of Discs charted.

Didn't it get some sort of short episodes?

JoJo anime increased manga sales. You can see that seeing manga sales yearly numbers of this decade.

Yeah for one year in 2013, don't exaggerate like it sells gazillion copies when the anime dropped.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Bunko Edition 1,684,749
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 2,588,910 but 1,024,884 comes from JoJolion vol 4 and 5 not including the Jojolion backlog, to a total of 1,564,026
Totaling to 3,248,775 copies for one year
That's small compare to how massive its backlog is. I stand half corrected.

November 19, 2012 to November 17, 2013. Part 3 doesn't start until 2014 and if you check Oricon top 30 in 2014 and 2015, JoJo Bunko is not on there. Unless you have access to better sites to show its hidden number, feel free to be my guest.

What percentage of this increase affects WSJ manga? How much do each individual manga from WSJ contribute to digital sales market? What are the sales for each series from the digital market from WSJ? Are their digital sales for individual volumes consistent throughout? Is one series selling more than another digitally, are they in the same trajectory as their physical copies and if so or not, why?
Answer these questions and then I'll actually agree that you have enough data to back up your statements.
You're again just quoting the whole industry as a whole. That in no way reflects the sales of WSJ manga or manga under the Shueisha banner.

Let me clarify that I am not refuting that digital sales is becoming a thing. I'm refuting your insistence that this applies to every series without any factual data to back you up. This could well be every shoujo manga out there contributing to digital sales with nothing from the shounen demographic. Or this could very well be the entire shounen demographic contributing to the digital market and none other. I don't know and lets face it, you don't either. Because there is no data out there.

Seriously ?

No evidence is needed, it is well known.
But it is also well known, established and recorded from over the past 2 decades (basically when the internet came and people started keeping track of such stuff) that sales hit their peak and then decline for every single series out there if they run long enough.
But you don't seem to be accepting that. You instead seem bent on going with a generalized article or two about how the digital market is growing. *shrugs*
