Random.

But if Jump is able to get all the Jump character together for a video game, would it be realistic that they could get all the characters together for a crossover event movie for the 50th anniversary?

I know that it’s 100% not happening, just asking how hard would it to be for that to happen in a hypothetical situation
--- Double Post Merged, , Original Post Date: ---
And if a movie with Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Dragon Ball, and MHA etc. actually happned in this hypothetical would where this is possible, how big of an impact do you think t would make in Japan and world wide
Of course it's possible, Shueisha own all of those property. The problem is license for other companies like in video games (not here since Bandai Namco owns the majority I think) but for Shueisha itself there's no such thing.

However he does not post the news on the film of One Piece and does not confirm the summary. Of course there was no chance he was wrong for We Never Learn but hey.

Only to re-confirm: the source of this week ToC which we still don't know if is true or fake isn't the same as the one who posted the ToC last week in very similar situation, isn't it?

You are right. My fault. People should just read both equally.

First it was Hokuto no Ken. Then Naruto. Now Ginga Nagaberoshi Gin (the dog Jump MANga from 80s).

Wondering if there is any chance for Otoko Ippiki Gaki Daisho to get one of these ebooks.

EDIT: Just discovered City Hunter already has one of these ebooks.

Last week was Obon so a lot of stuff got boosts across the board. Haikyuu and Neverland have both grown from their previous volumes even with a different number of days:

│266984 (3)│478477│549823│582781│609222┃*,694,489 (108)┃2018/02|ハイキュー!! 30

│147422 (3)│300193│361978│------│------┃*,361,978 (*17)┃2018/08|約束のネバーランド 10

Kimetsu has also grown from its previous volumes:
│*65861 (3)│118511│133976│------│------┃*,133,976 (*17)┃2018/03|鬼滅の刃 10

│*64061 (3)│118990│138412│------│------┃*,138,412 (*17)┃2018/08|鬼滅の刃 12

BC continues its trend despite Obon but again, we need more data to consider this a downward trend. If this stays for the next volume then something might be off.

I don't know if Gintama might get a last volume boost but anything's possible. Slam Dunk continues to show how much of a legend it is. Finally, Heroaca is enjoying quite the boost from Obon. 14 out of 19 volumes are in the top 100 and it already been mentioned by the official twitter that many stores have run out of stock so next week will see a drop in the number of volumes in the top 100. Volume 19 will also most likely drop out of the top 50. The reprint is supposed to take effect 8/30 so growth will be slow until then.

Was this its first rerelease, I wonder if its just because people had no way to buy it for many many years.

The problem with BC was the first week becouse the second and third week are same level that the volumen 15.

For Gintama I think the same is true for One Piece, now it has stabilized after years and years.

A boost for the final volume is possible.

Also this time BC takes home the 200 volumes of total sales.

Well the rest of the Jump, but moreover this week the new issues of Magazine and Young were released, so I could not do better.

The problem with BC was the first week because the second adn third week are same level that the volumen 15.
During the first week the manga had only three days of sales, and there were also various problems due to deliveries due to flooding.

You do realize BC was released on the same day as Haikyuu and TPN right? Both of which have been outperforming their previous volumes.

We're dealing with estimates and approximations so BLack Clover's true sales are higher than what the numbers indicate.

Quite an interesting case. I don't know the mangaka but Nakaji, a Jump+ editor replied back to someone that they want to create better "infrastructure" for Jump+ so that more mangaka can come back also so that if you're in Jump+, you're surprise as to how much you actually earn (in a good way). This mangaka replies back that he can't trust those words as he was told that if he took #1 among oneshots, he'd get serialized and in reality he got #1 and including serialized series, #2. He quit his job to prepare for serialization but was then told that he wouldn't be serialized.

what they did isn't right but this guy isn't very bright either

they told him if his oneshot got number 1 in the plus rankings it will be serialized, ok cool

he saw it got number 1 and went on to quit his job before getting a confirmation from the publisher that he's indeed getting serialized?

what if they told him it's getting serialize but after 2 years or something? he was going to be unemployed for 2 years?
