I seriously think Shokugeki is going to be the open slot Samurai 8 is going to get.

Vol 33 has chapter 282-290
Vol 34 would be chapter 291-299[Release 4 April]
So Final volume would be 300-308
So, I think about 8-9 Chapters left

Exactly. The least they could've done to make up for the below average/mediocre game design was include literally every major WSJ protagonist and antagonist.
DLCs literally only work if your base game is actually good enough to keep people occupied for more than a few hours.

Jump has so many exorcists manga that the same fucking character debuted in both Jujutsu and Chainsaw in the same fucking week

remember when Nak the hack said that manga with similar themes get separated and placed far away from each other in the magazine placement?

the only thing separating JK and Chainsaw in the toc is Yuuna, the editorial department is fucking sleeping

People are already upset over it from reading the spoilers. It looks like Tsukuda pulled another stupid reveal in response to the declining sales. Its a big reveal but a stupid one. Be prepared to see people rage over this chapter. Like how does this shit pass through the editor? Not even a fan fiction would go to this level.

If you mean now getting axed, that is not happening. The axe place is likely reserved for ne0lation with 2nd new series replacing oneshots, so that is that.

Manga is still not going towards any concrete end in the trip arc so far, the recent development is character related (I would say it is cruel for the light rom-com), not a plot one. Considering the next axe round will be by the end of April-early May, I can see it possibly wrapping, BUT.

Considering the last volume sales went up, rankings also went up, and there will be at least 5 new series to serve as a fodder (Saigo no Saiyūki, Kamio Yui wa Kami wo Yui, David if keeps selling poorly or not getting an anime, Higuma, Chainsaw). Even ne0 if Shueisha doesnt axe anything in the next 2 issues!

the way I see it, it could end at anytime

only really 1 major plot-point left and it is the first & most important one.(heck it technically already happened)

current arc can end in one chapter if if miura wanted to.
and the final arc, in theory can be done in 1-3 chapters.

Its likely revealing all this shit since its rushing to its end, not to prolong the series. The sales keep dropping hard so why would it not end soon? Like I said many times, TPN/KnY/Dr.Stone are getting their animes & will likely do better than what SnS does in sales. TPN already beat SnS well before its anime and Kimetsu is likely to surpass the numbers that SnS does now.

Chapter is out anyway. Grab your popcorn and see fans lose their shit lol

Shokugeki is getting rushed to end. Yuuna-san dunno, but I wouldn't mind it ending/getting axed/moving to GIGA. Is for me one of worst titles of current lineup, and Nura author making a romcom (if confirmed) would be perfect for filling Yuuna space.

Why would anything be move to GIGA, nobody buys that magazine. They have to put the mainline author into that to promote it once in a while. Gintama is an exception, it sold 70+ million copies.

If it has to move, Jump SQ or Jump Plus is much better alternative.

But seriously, I haven't been up with Soma for months and just decided to read the latest chapter 'cause of the spoilers and I just cant bring myself to like how things are going. They are obviously bringing up all of these reveals just to to wrap up any possible plot thread left so there aren't loose ends
