Mag Talk Weekly Shonen Jump [2019] - Discussion and TOC Talk

[Mankichi Togawa]

Other two opening that I like:

Also, two other endings that I love:

[Tamil]

Toriko OVA ending... they tease Coco/Sunny & the troll kong arc Production committee shouldve let ufotable animate toriko instead of Toei

I'm surprised ufotable sneaked in Takeshi references (Takeshi & the school principal) in this ED too.

[RafaFedKilla]

Moon Land's sales....uggghhh... At least we still have The Showman

You can check the number of issues on the Japanese page.

Dunno how accurate that is but overall it seems that in two or three more rounds we'll be getting the 700th series published in WSJ. I wonder if Shueisha is gonna do something special for that.

It won't be the best adaptation, but it's still one of my favorite opening:

And ending:

Not my favourite OP exactly, but one of those I'll probably remember forever because of my childhood.

And when it comes to ED, Gintama always pops up in my mind.

Ok lads. In 50 years of Shonen Jump animation, which has been your favorite opening and your favorite ending? Try to put videos if you can.

I could post more but MH has the limit of 5 videos per post haha also a special mention would be the MHA and Death note OPs/EDs. I really enjoy each of them in its own way.

And soon I will love Jujutsu Kaisen and Act-Age OPs

Ace! called me the attention since it had that number 59. I found it was axed 2-3 issues later, but the biggest surprise for me was finding that the author was Takahashi.

Ace actually lasted more, like 15ish chapters. This issue seems to be the beginning of the fall, slowly going to Bottom 5, then Bottom 4, on Ch. 72 fell to Bottom 2 and Bottom 1 on Ch. 73. No idea how Takahashi screwed this up.

Reminds a bit of Robot x Laserbeam as a failed followup to a hit spokon but still lasted over a year, in this case following Tsubasa.

Nope, Taisei, Yui, Shinobi and Beast are all safe until #40 at THE very least.

Manga+ doesn't have Matsui's one-shot up unless I'm somehow missing it.

Yeah, was looking for it but couldn't find it. Viz has it, though.
