Henceforth, I will be deleting posts that complain about Weekly Shonen Jump having too many/not enough gag/battle/exorcism/sports/etc series.

These posts are not insightful, and do not meaningfully contribute to this thread. Also, this decision is not up for discussion, so posts discussing this decision will also be deleted.~ Halloween

I'm definitely curious what this climax means at any rate since it seems to be slightly different every time, and what Yuuna's big news is.

It doesn't seem like it'll overtake Nisekoi as the longest ever WSJ romcom at any rate.

Friendly reminder that Kuroko was lingering in the Bottom 5 for a while, until the first anime came and really boosted its popularity.

I think it will take Aino to become a rival to Teppei, because as far as I know the minimum age to be a manga author is 20 years old and she is only 17 years old.
Where did you get that idea from? Defintely not the case.

Same could be said about the editor in chief. I feel shonen jump should use the Sunday, champion, and magazine axe method and actually give series a chance unless they are absolutely abysmal. I have seen a ton of series with potential be axed with only 20 chapters. I get that it is the hugest magazine and all but can they be a little less strict. Why don’t they just transfer some manga to jump plus instead of outright canceling them. I just feel it is disrespectful to not give people a chance considering the amount of blood, sweat, and tears of being a mangaka, especially a weekly one.
You can't blame them because this is business. WSJ spend a lot of money to this newbies and they do get nothing in return if they were flops. Every products had both success and failures just accept it. If weren't for this axes method, WSJ wouldn't last longer.

Kimetsu is already finished but we won't see the final volume until December soooooo....

And I really think there's not much argument with Yuuna now. While I know we like to joke about Neverland's promotion saying "climax" about 3-4 times, the use of the word pretty much always indicates a planned ending regardless of how long ahead that ending truly is. The current arc is also showing very explicit and obvious ending flags, resolving the stories of all the girls, bringing back every character and answering the mystery of Yuuna's past. And the series has had abysmal TOC placements, which tends to indicate Jump isn't that invested in keeping it around.
Yuuna has been always in the mid-bottom placements because it is an ecchi series. TLR and Ichigo 100% didnt performed that great in the Toc in their times, actually they were series that performed the same as Yuuna right now. Taking into account the ToC in this case, its not really useful. I do believe that Yuuna is getting more into its ending but atleast ToC isnt a reason on why its ending but more probably that Miura wants to end it, it is what I think.

Curious that Yuuna will not have a new volume released for the next two months, if it's ending in few weeks they would just release the last ones quickly or in the normal schedule.

Anyway, preview of issue #27 (hq)

My guess is that the small delay is for them to widen the gap between the chapters and the volumes.
Also my ghost waifu looks cute as always.

Yuuna Volume 24 (probably the final one, hence its up on preorder already) will be out in December, and will include 2 new special anime episodes in a blu ray disc (these were not in Season 1, so OVA or Season 2). Episode 1 "The Cursed Kogarashi", Episode 2 "The Last Minute !? Hot Spring Happenings" based on Chapters 99 and 141. Also a special bath poster drawing by Miura.

Yuuna and Kimetsu start a week apart, and release their final volumes the same day?

Talk about a twist of fate.

TPGW newest chapter was by far my least favorite, I didn't like the development, I didn't like Aino, I didn't like the characters interactions, writing, and misunderstandings, I didn't like the superforced pantyshot
depending on how the story will go from here I might end not investing in this title

on the other hand, the newest chapter of Moriking was my favorite so far, although it really doesn't do anything out of the ordinary, the same gags, misunderstandings, infodumps, Fast and Furious level of trying hard to be wholesome with MUH FAMILY.....maybe my expectations were lowered by TPGW

I don't care about Bone Collection, nothing about it appeal to me at all

In Yozakura, remember my comment about Taiyo being a Mary Sue? in this week chapter he literally took a bomb explosion head on, shook it off, then tamed a wild wolf that hated him by his pure heart in just a couple of pages,
is there anything he can't do??

I would do absolutely anything for a running manga in Jump. There's so much potential...
But we already have One Piece.
underrated
Haikyuu wasn't the only sport manga in WSJ after all

Their fates may have been wildly different, but they were also intertwined. I kind of want to bring up the crossover image of Tanjiro in Yuuna’s outfit again.

99 and 141. Those were some of the lewder chapters in that series, huh? This makes my earlier prediction of a Season 2 for Yuuna even more likely. If they somehow are making more anime, it’s certainly possible for them to do a second season within a new studio. As long as the staff remains the same, nothing should realistically change. I wouldn’t expect a full adaptation though.

I think @Mankichi Togawa mentioned that the anime was a disaster last time I brought this up. I forgot to ask - how so? I think Xebec was probably going to go under anyways, even if they didn’t adapt Yuuna.

I hope that they didn't cut out any of the characters without VAs for those eps. Interested to see who they changed the studio to.
Seems like there's a small notice "BD Anime Staff/Cast/Content, etc are subject to change"

What is with this thread and ero lately?
-shrugs- It’s new news.

This is getting an anime next season, so perhaps we’ll get news on when it’ll air when the chapter Is released.
I kinda like HxEros, but I’d like this manga a lot more if the main female lead wasn’t an insufferable tsundere.

Mashle's new bad guy is actually a cutie. I wonder if he's going to stay a villain. He sounds somehow both completely evil and strangely reasonable.
Wow, social Darwinism is reasonable now?

Hasn't it always been reasonable or you guys telling me don't execute non-anime fans when you meet them?

Theatres seem to be opening up slowly so kny Oct date is still reasonable.

Still on the kny movie, I just found out it overlaps with Ufotable's 20th anniversary. Could be a coincidence or might be the studio's anniversary project

No, the social Darwinism is the 'completely evil' sounding part.

Strangely reasonable is him being totally okay with Mash just walking away with one of his puppets, and going 'hm, nice played' when he finds out he's been completely duped by someone he considered an idiot. Most villains don't take those things well.

You mistook biological Darwinism with social Darwinism, buddy.
Edited: wait, after rereading your reply, is that sarcasm?

Well, Mash was already on his way when that racist asshole realized he was duped.
