I'd say Hero Academia has my favorite paneling of all Shonen Jump history. A very good example in the spoiler pic (from Overhaul arc):
I think that page has very bad panelling and BNHA has the worst panelling of the current established series.
Chainsawman has great, movie-style panelling. Fujimoto is very playful once in a while as well.
JJK has great, action manga-style panelling.
Haikyuu is amazing as well.
And Togashi is still king but atm Kimetsu has the best panelling in Jump, it has perfected "giving attention to what matters". Since movies and manga are different mediums, completely drawing manga through movie shots can't leverage all of manga's potential. Kimetsu is making full use of the manga medium's potential.
And no, having a devil hand flick from outside a panel or having the back of a door create the panelling doesn't make the panelling instantly great - although Fujimoto has always delivered when he is experimenting.
Btw the BNHA example above is how a "cool idea" - essentially a novelty, a knickknack - can be terrible in execution. Luckily Fujimoto has never gone overboard without reason.
If this adds any merit to my points, I've drawn around 300 manga pages with constantly improving my panelling and composition in mind ofc, and been actively studying panelling for a year or so.
