Holy f*ck...Jaguar's cover is the bomb! I mean, the covers are always brilliant but this one is definitely one of my favorites from the series. It's just so pretty.

Reborn's is overcrowded like shit. Gintama's is hilarious and Beelze's is quite nice. Oga looks really badass.
(Plus, I'm really curious as to how it will perform in numbers...)

Oh Suikoden is and old chinese ledgend or something like that. So there are 108 main characters, but some are more "main" that others. Its like the Suikoden games. I've been playing the Suikoden games so im quite excited about this manga and the alternative Suikoden manga (which hasn't been scanlated:darn). From what i know all suikoden stories have 3 things in common, Politics, Betrayal and the 108 Star of Destiny. Love the games and their story so i should like this manga, hope it doesn't get cut.
It's a novel, a historic fiction ;)

lol, speaking of Reborn's cover... They really should reserve the "all characters" cover for the final volume ;)

Bomber thought it was going to be King Leucocyte in the latest Gintama cover...and it makes sense: with "alternate Hijikata" (Toshi) last time, having the "alternate representation of Gin" (who is actually a white-bloodcell program personified within Tama's own system) was an appropriate choice.

Nice Jaguar cover too...and I sort of lost track to realize Beezle was finally ready for it's first volume.

Gintama cover reminds me of Yushagaku...
reborn's is an improvement on recent times but still flawed
Jaguar's is flawless as always

I'd call beelzebub's disappointing but I don't know what i expected

Gintama's cover is nice.

Reborn's cover could have been better but there isn't anything making me hate it really. Beelzebub's isn't anything too special.

I want to see those Tank sale numbers as soon as they come online. If it breaks 100K on the first week I guess it will be mission accomplished. XD

With all the color pumped into the series Jump better hope that it sure as hell will sell better than Kuroko which had a lot too. But seeing as how current Jump readers don't seem too fond of sports I don't think Beelzebub could sell that low.

Don't you mean Hisoka (you wrote Hisagi)? Sigh... HxH has too much to cover before it ends. I mean when reading the latest chapters, quite a lot seems to happen in each individual chapter, but not much has happened in the arc. I want the series to reach an end soon, or to be more specific, I want to see the Chimera Arc to end just so I can watch the OVAs.

As for the covers, I'm impressed with Jaguar's, Gintama's is good, although I don't like the lines used on colours. Beelzebub could've done better, and Reborn! would have a better cover if Amano opted to use the colouring style she used on her latest CP or the style she used on the TYL Hibari and Mukuro covers.

I like Jaguar's and Gintama's cover. And I even kinda like Beelzebub's for some reason.

As for Reborn................................

Beelze won't break 100k it's first week. Bakuman only did because of Oda, Toriko and Mago needed three volumes to do that. Remember, sales figures aren't copies sold at register, they are copies sold to retailers. Shueisha makes their money based on that rather then sales to consumers. That Beelze is pictured so prominantly in the preview is good, that's a sign that it will be strong early on. I'm hoping for 45 - 60,000 copies the first week.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I don't understand the bolded part. How did Oda help Bakuman sell over 100k in its first week? It's also highly possible I am missing some reference here :p.

In Kishimoto's comment he's saying something like he put out some illustration book that has all the Bijyuus(taield beasts) and Jinchuurikis. Anyone heard about that?

I'm excited about Kawashita's new series. Hopefully it can hang around longer than Hatsukoi Limited did. I'll be looking forward to the first chapter.

Ah, thanks for reminding me. I know that someone mentioned that earlier but I must have forgotten. XD
