Damn it Bokke, live live! Come back to life! :darn

Other than that I'm fine with the bottom 5 so far. 2 of these 5 manga are nearing their end and D. Gray-man isn't ranked yet I believe.

I wouldn't mind To Love ending anymore if it can create an epic final arc. Of course this one is still a wild card to me as it may go either way.

DGM is probably being semi-ranked, but I'm not surprised since it's still in a spontaneous action arc.

It's hard to tell what the next round of cuts will be! Maybe Neuro, TLR, and Bokke? Is ES21 close enough to ending that it might save Bokke for another few weeks?

Psyren was in the bottom constantly and still remained. I still think Bokke will live on for awhile, but I could be proven wrong due to the way it's headed. It seems like it could have been meant to be a pretty short manga anyways (one of the 4 big bads might be defeated soon?)

I still love the Akabeko's design.

ES21 has the potential to last at least two more months or so, if the next batch of cuts are within that time frame, then we might see bokke get a save from ES21.

ES21 is in the final game of the world tournament. I dropped it and Reborn a few weeks ago so I have no idea how far into the game it is. The next cuts won't be until after Golden Week (first week of May), judging by major games of the past, five weeks is plenty of time to finish the game and end the series. While it's at the bottom of the TOC, sales are as strong as ever it's possible to end it in Jump but revive it in another magazine later, like Prince of Tennis.

Well the game just started, I predict 8 weeks as opposed to 5. But I'd really not like it to be revived, it should just end here.

That's a depressing thought. I'd rather see Eyeshield end then something new canceled.

I share your sentiments, that being said if they see that eyeshield is nearing its end, I'm pretty sure Jump would wait off cancelling a new series and just wait to replace eyeshield instead.

Knowing Jump they'd demand Inagaki and Murata rush the ending so they can get the new series in on time ^^

Since there isn't a set time for new series, other then December, it really is possible Jump waits until June or let's it end when it ends, filling the space with one shots if it's to late to add new series.

the USA vs. Japan match is definitely not on the fast-track like hakushuu/oujo games were... You can compare USA vs. Japan more with Teikoku vs. Deimon (20chapters) and then there's even more material to write about.
The whole pentagram setup has enough room for multiple multi-chapter matches between chars etc.

es21 lasts at least 20 more chaps, if not 30+ (this depends on whether inagaki&murata are introducing the American characters past or not).

It's a much safer bet to say es21 will end in time for the fall or winter-cuts.

aw man, then that means another "ending crusher".
but if Jump really wants Murata-riichiro finish it quicker,i hope they got something that actually good in store for us.
and i hope not another Sports, i mean there's to much of'em this days.
and if it's a Sport manga, it's better be a good one...

i hope Bokke actually stayed longer, i finally found the cool factor in it :D
but i haven't rad it till the latest chapter, so i better finish it first before giving Opinion :)

The problem with the current status of ES21 is that we really don't know where in the game they are at this point. They've already pretty much introduced all five members of the Pentagram the last few weeks and they haven't really revealed how much of the game has been done to do so. I can't say how long this game will last, even if it's not the disaster the rest of this arc has been, but it could either end sooner or later at the drop of a hat.

Meanwhile, it's sort of hard to tell when the next new series will be with Beezlebub/Hoop Men still newish...but it could come around anywhere between Golden Week (To-Love & Mx0 started then) or the end of May/beginning of June (when Toriko came out). That will be enough time for both Neuro and To-Love (and any potential bombs) to be out before "they" start.

I won't be sad if Bokke leaves us. It just isn't compelling. Eyeshield and Neuro should finally be on the way out too. Maybe one of the basketball series will end after the next cancellations. Glad to see Psyren, Mago and Sket doing well. I also wouldn't be surprised if Toriko stole the cover from Naruto.

I'm making a note here: Inumaru Dashi - popular with critics and readers, undersells a helluva lot...

I can only hope it outlasts Penguin, otherwise i'd just.... be sad.

other than that...... kinda want just two cuts this time, bokke-san and Neuro (well neuro's a natural end)... i can only hope

I say Neuro & To-Love will be out before the next new series, with any potential bombs thrown in if that happens. I can't say Bokke will be out or not, but I can easily see To-Love finishing up rather quickly and ending alongside Neuro, removing two "successes" which weren't as massive.

How do you figure with To-love?

Mostly it's just the wording of the end of the recent chapter. It mentioned the "greatest and most evil trouble" and, considering how it's been at the bottom for a while, that could be a sign for a finale arc possibly starting. Considering how an "arc" in To-Love usually isn't that long compared to other manga, it could just reel one out over a few weeks, wrap things up, and call it a series.

Well, from the release that redhawk gave out it says the greatest disaster that happened to Yui in the past, so it'll be a chapter based on Yui and probably something bad that happened to her, and not the climax of the story.

hmm now that you mentioned it, we don't know how long have the game lasted.
they could make it quick to the second half after the next pentagon to show off, and it should be clifford, right??

then the real Battle starts in the second half. so it hink that would take 12 chapter or so :)

so maybe it would take 3-4 more months i think :)
and i think it needs more Bakuman cover! i mean it's getting more awesome every chapter!!:)

i disagree, simply because bakuman just had a cover, and i hate bloating. give psyren, sket dance, inumaru or neuro a cover, heck even love trouble, just not series that already get a decent amount
