There is plenty of info that makes him a moron that would assume so since he has been alive for a long time If he did not know that a wizard Is just making their own magic into a cutting weapon instead of a blunt one.

So now Natsu is a moron too? Not that it matters, because we're talking about whether or not he trained. We never saw Natsu party for entire days after Elentir. He said he trained everyday. There's no reason to doubt him. We see him develop a new power from that training.

Erza has better durability than her armours. Her body is literally able to tank attacks that would shatter her adamantine armour. Usually when her best armours break, Erza switches to her cherry blossom katanas. She did this against Azuma when Purgattory and Fairy were broken, against Kagura when her adamantine armour break, against Kyouka when her fairy armour was broken again. By the way, her katanas were able to defend and overpower attacks that shatter her armours. Against Laxus, Erza literally just figured that if he was juat going to break her arnoura anyways, she might as well skip straight to her katanas. She still tanked red lightning fine.

Nothing suggests Dogramag is a moron. He knows what a unison raid is. Hades had the exact same reaction when Wendy and Lucy pulled one off against him. What even if this argument lmao? Dogramag assumed a dragon form and literally stomped Natsu and Suzaku so hard they shot into the ground. He then encased them in stone that Natsu couldnt break free from. Suzaku tanked a stomp from Dogrmag, broke magic that Natsu couldnt. He's oneshotted Erza and base Natsu. Gray didnt even want a piece of him and ran away. He went on to beat Selene's human form. He has far better feats than Haku, and more importantly - Wendy.

Even though Suzaku oneshot Erza she was still off guard and weakened. But anyways Suzaku is way stronger than Wendy tho.
However I think her flame pants has been recontonned. Erza regular armors seem stronger than the flame pants in the 100 year quest. Erza flame pants armor was getting destroyed by red lightning laxus yet heaven wheel tied with it. Kiria was fighting on par with that armor yet flame empress sent her flying. I believe Haku is not as strong as the others BDSK. Suzaku was stated to be human Selene level. Kirin and Misaki where stated to be stronger than him, Gildarts level. While Haku hasn’t got any of that kind of hype.
Tbh I think Lucy surpasses Wendy in power but loses to hax.

Hades was correct in his assessment though, there is a big difference. Suzaku just had a method that responded better to said material. That is a measure of quality, not quantity. Erza who had no dura and Natsu Who likely charged in without thinking, which supports him concentrating more in their rematch which allowed him to fight on par, supposedly beat Selene’s form, doesn’t matter, Haku scales to Suzaku as he has a body that can withstand similar level of power, and Wendy beat that

Ngl I'm still unsure of where to place kirin power up laxus and suzaku. I shall wait for more suzaku lol suzaku just only need one solid feats against vierness human or dragon form it's over for anybody who doubted him

Suzaku's feats already blow them out of the water.
- feats of one shotting Erza and base Natsu
- defeated human Selene (this is the only part where there is even a question of legitimacy, but an unbiased view should be to view it as legit since Selene acknowledged that Suzaku was stronger than her human form and nothing in the manga proves it to be a lie)
- Natsu acknowledging he is one shot material if not for scales in round 2
- teamed up with Natsu to take on Dogramag


I am only giving prime Kirin benefit of the doubt because he was mostly just playing with Laxus and didn't go all out. And then he got nerfed, and Laxus buffed, which resulted in him going down.
It is possible that prime Kirin can be in same league as Suzaku, but he doesn't have the feats to back it up. Kirin, though while not going all out, didn't manage to take down Laxus with several attacks. And Laxus' durability is comparable to Erza, who was one shotted by Suzaku (who also didn't go all out).


I don't know where to place Laxus too. He got buffed for sure, but IDK how much.
Though Mashima doesn't really care for consistency, he probably still sees Laxus as just a bit stronger than Erza even tho Laxus got buffed.

In the arc where we have gray gajeel and Lucy, but mashima made Wendy fight a bdsk. That should tell you that Wendy is definitely among the top tier characters right now. Speed isn't really an issue here since she can tag lightspeed haku.

They scale but in different way.

Wendy was the best counter to hax and Haku's best nemesis.
Still, she can't stand against such physical power level, even with her incredible speed and enchants to protect her.

It's not about power here but affinity. Or you can say Rakheid was weak because he lost to Sting and Rog.
Remember, he wiped the floor with power levels like Laxus and Gildarts.
Is Sting stronger than the like of Gildarts and Laxus ? It's exactly the same as saying Wendy is stronger than Natsu who gets a no-diff by Haku.

Wendy will be one shotted by Suzaku's blade.
