I guess Ash Mountain would be more aggressive than Deep Smoke; you can use the ash's mass to crush opponents. The restrictions are cool too.

Chimera Dice I really like. Have you thought of any other abilities you could acquire based on other animals?

Name: Der Freishütz
Type: Emission
Details: A sniping technique. The user Transmutes an amount of highly condensed nen into the shape of a sniper rifle bullet, which he names "Freikugeln". To increase its power he "loads" the Freikugeln into a custom-built sniper rifle and fires it from that. The sniper rifle is also engraved with nen runes to increase the bullet's power.

The user also places the following Manipulation command on the bullets;

Fly directly towards a target of the user's choosing. The target must be something within the user's visual field.

The user also placed the following restrictions upon the technique which increase their power further:

He can only fire a maximum of 6 shots per year.
He can only fire a shot if he has received 1billion Jenni into their bank account (and he is aware of it) within the last 24 hours.

If the user should either try to fire a seventh bullet, or try to fire a bullet having not received the J1billion, the bullet fired will fly round in random directions; the user cannot control its movement and it will not stop its destructive course until it has completely run out of energy.

Commentay: This Hatsu is for a highly professional sniper; the idea is that he won't raise a finger until he's been paid. I think in the hands of a skilled and experienced nen user, this technique could be quite devastating given its restrictions.

The Manipulation command seems useless since the bullet will just go straight forwards away from the user... unless paired with the Eyes Everywhere technique I posted a while back; Eyes Everywhere's user could act as a kind of spotter, if I add the following effect to EE:

The user can share what they see with anyone they are in physical contact with; those people will see whatever it is the user is seeing.

EE's user can then get his eyes as close as possible to the target, touch Der Freishütz's user, and DF's user can fire at the target regardless of where he is in relation to them - it will still aim for them.

Name: Tulip
Type: Specialisation
Details: By biting into a target, the user can absorb the target's nen into their own nen pool, for as long as they are biting into them.

This includes people who can't use nen, since everyone possesses some, though most are unaware of it.

Tulip also has the following effect: if the target is indeed unaware of nen, then the user can inject some of their own nen into the target's body. The user can then Manipulate that target, though they can only give them basic, straightforward commands. The user can manipulate many targets at once, but he can only give them all the same, single command, such as "attack him".

Commentary: The puppets act in much the same way Illumi's Needlemen do - weak and wholly unskilled individually, but there a lot of them.

PS. I can't believe I didn't realise that I'd already posted Pumpkinbrella! :P

For animals I've thought of I got cheetah for speed, chameleon for camouflage, scorpion for poison, dolphin for gills/sonar, ant for strength, whatever Ging was riding for flight, turtle for protection, and an earthworm for being underground.

What do you mean by suction? Like, holding the water?

Suction if there is too much blood, and you need some type of vacuum to constantly be removing fluid from where they are operating.

For the materialized worm beast, not letting the sections separate too far makes sense now. I was thinking it could work with a radius restriction.

Nice little sniper ability. I like the vision restriction as well as the number of shots. With such strict conditions you could probably make the shot a guarantee hit (probably not a guarantee kill). The 24 hour restriction seems extremely difficult though. If he accepts the money, and then can't find the target, what's the next step?

I really like how you use the previous nen-user's ability as a nice team.

The biting restriction is really a great idea. With it you could probably even manipulate nen users (as a kiss from Veze was good enough for 3 hours of almost total control, and she seemed to be fairly weak). Also the specialization nen drain is a great addition. Is the nen gone in one bite or is it the longer/deeper the bite, the more nen you can absorb? Overall it's a nice, albeit strange ability.

Why is it called Tulip though? I thought that was just a flower.

A good selection of animals; I can't think of anything to add. :)

I didn't know about suction; my complete lack of medical knowledge has betrayed me. :P I'll read up on it and get back to you! ^_^

With Der Freishütz, the idea is that he would get into position to take the shot, then have the client send him the money. When he's confirmed the payment's gone through, he'll take the shot. Being the consummate professional that he is, if he doesn't make the kill, he'll return the money.

With Tulip, the longer and deeper he has his teeth sunk in, the more the nen will be drained. The name was inspired by this Jesca Hoop song. There's no direct connection, but I thought the picture the song paints of a controlling and creepy fitted the personality of the technique's user.

A couple more techniques:
Name: Deus ex Machina
Type: Manipulation
Details: The user can conjure one of two small dolls at a time; the first looks like the yellow guy in this picture. The second looks like the red guy here.

The user can Manipulate the dolls freely. Additionally, if either of the dolls make physical contact with someone, and then return and make physical contact with the user, they gain some control over that person, for one hour;

Yellow doll: the target must truthfully answer any and all questions the user asks them. If the target doesn't know the answer to the question, then they must say so.
Red doll: the user can control the movements of the target. The user cannot control how the target uses their nen, which the target can still use freely.

The dolls are very fragile and can be destroyed easily using nen. If they are destroyed at any point during the hour, the target will be freed from the Manipulation.

Commentary: The character I have in mind for this Hatsu is a young girl, dressed in gothic lolita fashion. She's pretty much a genius, but can still be very childish, and is a member of a cabal of dangerous criminals. The Yellow doll is used for interrogation, whilst the red is obviously used for more combat situations.

Name: Tool of the Bandit
Type: Conjuration
Details: The user Conjures a key with the ability to "open a door anywhere"; when held against a solid, non-living, non-nen substance in the same way a key is held up to a keyhole, a door-sized hole appears in it. The hole is the entrance to a corridor of complete darkness. This corridor leads all the way through the substance to the other side, regardless of the substance's density. The user can also close a corridor by placing the key against its edge.

Tool also has the following restrictions:

Only one corridor can be open at a time.

The user cannot close a corridor whilst anyone is still inside it.They can also conjure a sword-sized version of Tool which can't open corridors, but can be used for melee combat.

Commentary: This technique is used for the infiltration, since it can bypass any security without drawing attention to oneself (besides nen security!). Also partially inspired by Kingdom Hearts.
These Hatsu are the last belonging to members of the group of bad guys I've thought up, and who I'll use in the HxH RPG when I get it up-and-running.

Another technique:
Name: Will of Asclepius
Type: Manipulation
Details: This technique revolves around the Manipulation of chemicals, poisons and toxins.

The user can remove harmful chemicals, poisons and toxins from other people's bodies. To do so, he must have fulfilled the following conditions:
the person in question must have given verbal or written consent to the removal of the target substance.
the user must understand the nature of the target substance, including the effect it has upon its victim.

The target substance then separates itself from whichever part of the person's body it is residing in, and is expelled through their pores.

Furthermore, any substances removed by this technique fall under the user's control; he can then Manipulate them freely, provided they remain within six feet of his body. If they move more than six feet away from him, then he can't manipulate them again until they move back to within six feet of his body.

Commentary: This technique is for the last member of the group of whose Hatsu are medicine/healing-based. He is a knowledgeable and experienced toxicologist who, you guessed it, deals with the removal of poisons from one's body. Once he has removed the poison from the patient's body, the removed poison then falls under his control.

I should perhaps point out that only the amount of poison removed falls under his control; say arsenic is removed from a patient - only the arsenic he removed is his to control, not all arsenic everywhere.

This Hatsu means that the more poisons the user knows about, and the more patients he helps, the more (and varied) poisons he can carry around with him to bring into battle. He'll carry various poisons with him into battle and choose whichever seems most appropriate to try and poison his victim with.

My hatsu basicaly works by enhancing aptitudes of my brain where the memories are stored and perception.

One with my mind.

I can implement memories to my nen and store them in an object. the person can release/proyect this information by applying ren to it. Also i can use an object that resembes something precious to me, and use it to revisit every memory in my past.(i can study my memories)
Also i can revisit events that happen in an specific moment by touching a catalist for that moment(the catalyst can vary from an important object that was used or even the place the specific event happened) and aply my ren/en(depending on the case) to it. The vividness of the memory is proportional not only for the remaining nen in the scene,if theres any left, but also if i know what type of confrontation it was, if i know the evolved parties and motive.
Theres diferent forms to recive the information because of this ability, The stream of ideas goes from feelings, images and vision.

One with the world

To trigger this ability i have to be in front of a target and initiate any tipe of interaction between us.
This ability consist in creating a bound between one other living being, can only use this hatsu with one at a time. It basicaly consist in a secuence/flow of information going from the feeling and thought at the moment to memories of the target. The bond gets stronger when theres a situations of danger or life or death. This results in more vivid and rich information, and it can get to a point that i can not only know what is going in his head but to understand multiple things in that precise moment that goes from what he is thinking to the commands his brain and muscular memory gives to his body to move.

_____________
pd. I think this hatsu its very useful not only i a fight but also for getting information i guess. i can think of an overall name for this ability and i think i will fit for an enhancer type hatsu, i don't know if it needs for restriction or something in the side, also i will think more about it and add some stuff in the time and make it more clean or efficient i think. Also if there's a part that its difficult to understand please say so for me to explain or correct it, thank in advance.

Here are comments for the Hatsus I just read:

Phantom Limb (Transformation)

No doubt this is like Sadaso' ability, who seems to have been "baptized" quite harshly at the Celestial Tower (Togashi may have predicted the Sphere Company dungeon from Star Ocean 3: Till The End Of Time). But yeah, the desperation ability seems really painful. Kinda like Gon's, but I'm thinking it's easier to reverse because of curative abilities in the manga like Archangel's Breath. I guess it would be best for someone with a partner that can heal him/her up fast.

---

Pumpkinbrella (Materialization)

Reminds me of that character from Samurai Showdown. It's quite an effective melee weapon in my opinion, based on what I saw from said Samurai Showdown character. And we do have proof that Materialization users can inflict considerable damage with their Materializaed weapons. Though Shizuku's no powerhouse, she used Deme-chan to smash Veize into a bloody mess, and used it again on Nobunaga to KO him immediately, who's supposed to be from Reinforcement. Maybe Nobu had a slow Ryu reaction speed. Rain of Nightmares is kind of weird for a feint, since it's mainly used for a distraction, and it costs too much nen maybe, and it seems like the weapon has to be away from the user. So while the opponent's distracted, what move will the user do to attack? Kou? Maybe this is for supporting other nen-users? As for Hunter 2323's comment I would have to disagree with his comment about this suiting Reinforcement better, since Materialized object require focus to be Materialized. Just look at what happened to Kastro. Since the user is gonna be in melee range most of the time with this ability, there's a greater chance of being smacked with a shot that destroys your focus. I would assume Materialization users are better than Reinforcement users at image training so I think they'd maintain the Materialized object even though they get walloped pretty good. But I really can't confirm this though.

---

Milit-pede (Materialization)

Oh man, these techniques reminds me of video games. This time, it reminds me of the infamous Vampire Killer whip from the Castlevania series. And yeah, since this kind of looks like a bug, I would imagine it to have spines of sorts all over it for more damage. The larger version would probably function like an offensive nen-doll, or something. And I imagine that because of the restriction, it would have a great boost in strength.

---

Blessings of Beelzebub (Transformation)

The Spicy and Sour abilities sound good already. The Sweet ability sounds good too. I was wondering if all Sweet foods were sticky. The Bitter ability sounds like it's for poison as Hunter 2323 suggested. Honestly the only things that pop up in my head when I hear the word "bitter" are beer and medicines. I was about to suggested that maybe you could render the victim drunk with the Bitter ability, but not every bitter food does that to you. There's also that particular vegetable that's bitter and disliked by many people. Salty, hmmm. Maybe the ability to form crystals? The Savory one, I hear is because of the presence of protein... Maybe you could enhance your (or someone else's) body mass because of this? For other flavors, I wouldn't know. This has the potential to be like Hisoka's Deceitful texture because of the variety of tastes available. Hey now that I've mentioned Hisoka, I wonder... When Hisoka does the water test, what does the water taste like? Killua's water becomes sweet because of his fondness for sweets... What flavor could Hisoka be fond of?

---

Bixie (Specialization, Materialization)

I wouldn't know about this ability's reference from Chinese Mythology. It's the first time I heard of that particular creature. But it sounds good already.

---

Psychic Surgery (Transformation)

I was thinking this would be more suitable for Materialization, but I think it's easier shaping your nen into different tools than undergoing image training for all required tools. I would have suggested a defibrillator but this is surgery though, so I think it would be out of place.

---

Holy Water (Transformation)

I guess it could also be under Manipulation so that it could be shot further away from the user. It would probably make use of syringes as the medium then. But yeah, with Transformation one could just shape the nen into a piercing thing, so it's also a pretty valid and effective interpretation. It would be funny looking at an anesthetized opponent.

---

Vishnu’s Vengeance (Manipulation, Emission, Reinforcement)

Is this an update of Rings of Saturn or something? And I think Emission would be the best main Hatsu for this one since it'll also cover the attack strength of Reinforcement and the teleportation ability of Emission well. I'm saying this because so far I haven't seen a teleportation ability for Manipulation, but I guess Hotel Rafflesia is the nearest thing to a teleportation ability on a Manipulation user. Emission users are also pretty decent at Manipulation; see Senritsu. I guess the main point of the ability is the Manipulation technique though so, yeah, I'd say it should stay there.

---

Ash Mountain (Manipulation, Emission, Reinforcement)

Well since the main point of this Hatsu is just flailing the ashes around rather than controlling someone with it, this would be better off at Emission than Manipulation. Razor did a pretty good job manipulating his Devils and if Morau is Emission then there we go, another basis.

---

Infernal Vengeance (Materialization, Transformation, Reinforcement, Manipulation)

I guess this is a stronger version of the Amplify Heat Hatsu I came up with. No problems with this. I can only imagine that the flames are pretty strong. If there was a way to cloak the heat/ make the heat imperceptible then it could be a real nightmare. Enemies would just burn or melt before they knew what hit 'em!

And here are replies to the comments on my Hatsus (Thanks Tame!)

Bond Of Friendship (Specialization)

Well, this was influenced by the Suikoden series. Aside from befriending 108 or so people, there's this Friendship Rune in Suikoden 2 which, if I remember correctly, will increase the user's attack power the more people you had as friends.

---

Hallucination Camera (Manipulation)

The videos are always as close to the real thing to totally deceive the victim they got teleported somewhere. That's why the videos are almost always around 5 minutes long (should've mentioned this when I originally posted it), because they use up a lot of nen. Also, the videos are always at great quality so that the victim is made to react to (or defend against) what's happening in the video, thus hoping to make the "Ken" defense a "Gyo" defense, with the user taking advantage of this as it happens. It's also good for just escaping if the opponent is too strong, hoping the illusion of the video would become too real and too strong to kill the victim with their own imagination.

---

Gauntlet of the Seasons (Materialization)

I did mention that the nen-erasing ability can only be used once at Spring, so it's pretty harsh... People would have to wait till next year to get healed of their Nen-Curses. The Fall ability's rate of degeneration depends on the amount of nen and the nen-defense put up by the enemy against it at the time the gauntlet landed on the body part. If there was a thin nen-defense (you won't see that often) there and there was a huge amount of aura invested the part would age so fast it might even just rot and fall off.

---

Uhh, I think your comment for the Random Nonsense Bag... of Absurdity was intended for Fate Booster Packs...

Finally here are the new stuff I came up with:

Party Hard! Disco Globe (Specialization)

Can only be materialized at night (can't be used in cases when it's "night" but sunlight is still present). Can only be materialized and can only be activated in places where there's music playing. There's no limit to how many disco globes could be materialized over a certain area.

All people who is exposed to the music that activated the ability will stop whatever they're doing and will do nothing but dance and party hard. They will do nothing else. They won't stop even though the music that activated the ability has stopped. The people will then dance to whatever danceable music it is that they know and like. The afflicted will only stop dancing at dawn, since all globes will disappear at that time.

Although this might sound harmful for people, in a proper environment the technique should be beneficial for them for it will relieve them of their stress and they will actually enjoy partying hard as time passes by. People who are near each other and are in a position to dance and party hard outright won't do moves to hurt each other. If some people have the propensity to get naked and crap while dancing, they'd be able to do so.

While the user could also not resist dancing and partying hard, only the user is able to do something else other than dancing and partying hard.

The globes cannot be materialized for 5 nights after 2 consecutive nights of usage.

---

Christmas Egg (Specialization)

User materializes an egg whose size depends on how much nen is used on it.

User must have a target agree to any proposal along the lines of:

"Hey, if you keep this egg close to you (at least within 10 feet) all the time, everyday, until Christmas Day, it will hatch into something. What that something would be depends on how good or bad a person you are. The egg'll disappear if it will be brought away from you (beyond 10 feet)."

The item that came out of the egg is permanently materialized and can only be gotten rid of when:

- the user dies
- the recipient dies
- the item is erased by a Nen-Eraser

If the user agrees and the user is considered "good" by the egg until Christmas, the resulting object will be useful and beneficial for the target. How useful and beneficial the item is depends on how "good" the target was during the "incubation period.

If the user agrees and the user is considered "bad" by the egg until Christmas, the resulting object will be detrimental to the target. How detrimental the item is depends on how "bad" the target was during the "incubation period".

There's a hidden condition the user must never reveal to anybody: the item a "good" recipient gets "morphs" into something worse or better depending on how "good" or "bad" the target became after receiving the item. If the user does reveal that information, the ability will be lost.

---

Goodbye, New Year (Materialization, Emission)

The user materializes a bomb that can only be materialized during January 1 and can only explode during January 1 next year. These must be done at exactly the second the clock strikes 12 midnight.

The user can "postpone" the explosion of the bomb, multiplying the strength of the explosion by 2.5.

After around 3 years' worth of "postponements", the strength of the bomb's explosion will equal that of the Rose, minus the poison of course.

The user can only materialize 1 bomb a year, however the user can materialize another, but that would shave a year off his life.

The user can't hurt anyone while there's a bomb set up. If the user does, the bomb will be defused. The user can't also ask someone to hurt another for him.

---

Rebirth Pod (Specialization)

The user materializes a futuristic, coffin-like box.

A subject who sleeps in this Pod for one night will wake up as a newborn infant again.

A subject can only be informed of the ability and the chance to sleep within the Pod once. If the subject chooses to refuse the chance to sleep in the Pod, the subject can never sleep there again (the user can't open the Pod when the refuser is near).

The infant is a 'brand-new' person, in that the infant's trait and physical features will be reassigned depending on the subject's genes. In other words, the infant is what the subject could have been; another version of that target's self.

The infant's memories are erased, however, if the subject has a strong enough willpower, a few, some, most or even all memories could be retained.

The infant's Hatsu type will be randomly reassigned, so it's possible that the subject will get his original Hatsu type again.

For nen-users: The subject's Hatsu abilities, POP (Potential Aura Power), and AOP (Active Aura Power) and any level of skill the subject has attained for the basic and advanced Nen skills (ex. Ryu, Ken, etc.) will be retained.

Let's use an example for the changes that could happen:

Subject (Reinforcement)
- Has a Reinforcement, Emission, and Transformation Hatsu
- Reached Level 10, 100% for Reinforcement
- Reached Level 8, 80% for Emission
- Reached Level 8, 80% for Transformation
- Has attained 50,000 POP
- Excels in En, Ryu

Reborn into:

Infant (Specialization)
- Retained Reinforcement, Emission and Transformation Hatsus
- Has a default Level 4, 40% for Reinforcement
- Has a default Level 6, 60% for Emission
- Has a default Level 6, 60% for Transformation
- Has space for Specialization, Materialization and Manipulation Hatsus
- Has a default 50,000 POP
- Will have a default excellence at En and Ryu

The Subject, who has maxed his levels and percentages for his innate Reinforcement and neighboring Emission and Transformation Hatsus, had those stats recalculated as an Infant who got a reassigned Specialization Hatsu. Those stats are recalculated in a way that will reflect how far a Specialization user could go in those Hatsu types in terms of levels and percentages.

We could say that the Infant could become a jack-of-all-trades, since, even though he got his Reinforcement, Emission and Transformations Hatsu levels and percentages nerfed, he could freely concentrate on his innate and neighboring stats, taking advantage of his old POP and excellence at En and Ryu.

---

Itchy Thorn (Manipulation)

A body part punctured by this thorn will become extremely itchy, with the severity depending on the expended nen. The body part may become so itchy the victim might be driven to remove the body part or just kill him/herself. The size of the thorns can be changed by the user, but they're normally so small they're microscopic. The user can make a lot of these, so the user can just spread it around town and wreak havoc. The itch will remain for as long as the thorn is embedded on the skin surface, but if it's removed, the duration of the itch will depend on the amount of aura imbued on the thorn that caused the itch.

---

variable Sneakers (Materialization)

The shoes can do a lot of things!

- Can stick on surfaces. Good for walking on walls and ceilings!
- Can act like the surface the shoes are on is slippery. Convenient for "skating" on paved roads!
- Can "repulse" things. Good for making high jumps and sending opponents to the horizon!
- Can act like non-solid things and surfaces the shoes are on are solid. User can walk on air and water with this!

The user can only activate one of these abilities at a time, so he needs to switch between properties fast to get the most out of them in many situations.

---

Karma Coin (Specialization)

Lol C:SotN.

User materializes a coin.

Decide on a number of coin flips.

Choose either heads or tails. This will be your "side" for all flips made.

Every "right" flip will improve your "luck". Every "wrong" flip will worsen it.

Your Karma Coin-modified "luck" will manifest itself in an "event". You'll know the "event" is happening when you hear the sound of a coin dropping on the (concrete) floor. There won't be any changes with your luck until this "event" happens.

Your "luck" will return to normal after the "event" passes.

RIP Gotoh.

---

Air Drums (Emission)

User emits circular pads of nen all around him. The pads are arranged like a drum set. Every pad produces a respective percussive sound so it could be like a real drumset.

Whenever these pads are being hit by a drumstick, a ball of nen is emitted from a random point on a field in front of the user. This field is a spatial field, not nen-based, so there's no way anybody can see it, but it basically resembles a 2-meter radius satellite dish.

The user can also emit a "nen-seat" to sit on while "air drumming", so that he could use some "bass drum" nen pads. The nen-seat swivels so that the user can constantly face the opponent, and it can also be manipulated to fly around.

The user can also go into a "non-lethal" mode where no damaging nen balls will be emitted.

The user can't use this ability without drumsticks.

This is Random Randomson's nen ability, the character I'll be using when Tame starts his HxH RPG. Also, this ability was vastly improved and simplified from the one I posted at nexgear.

I see that there are many new entries! I'll read them all and try to comment on each and everyone single one.

Response to feedback:
@NoFreakingWay: Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, Rain of Pumpkins could be used either as a distraction to escape an opponent, to create an opening for a close-range attack from the user, or to create an opening so a teammate can attack.

Psychic Surgery: If the tools were Conjured then there wouldn't be much point to the technique, since the user could just use real tools. Being Transmuted allows him to produce the tools as and when he needs them whilst leaving his hands free.

Holy Water: hadn't thought about the use of syringes, but they could be useful. In surgery, I don't think they'd be needed; she can just drip the liquid into the patient's mouth.

Ash Mountain: I would disagree with you; I think Manipulation would be a better primary nen type for this ability than Emission. You would sacrifice distance for better control over the ash, which I think would be more useful, though that would be up to the user's preferred fighting style. Morel isn't a very good example, since it's more likely that he's a Manipulator, not an Emitter.

Hallucination Camera: I guess since you'd need to use a lot of nen to make a good-quality video, and then you'd need an equal or greater amount of nen to trap someone in the illusion, then the conditions for the activation or harsh enough to make it work. However, unless you're against a much more powerful opponent, I think the best tactic once they're trapped would just be to hit them with Ko.

Gauntlet of the Season: Sorry, the wording made it sound like you can exorcise as many times as you want in the Spring, provided you don't try and heal the same person twice in one year.

The conditions are harsh in that you can only heal once per year, and even then only within a three-month period, but of the two Exorcism abilities we've seen in HxH (those of Abengane and Hina), the exorcists themselves receive some backlash for using their techniques (having their own nen sealed until certain conditions are met and being physically impaired by until the curse has been lifted respectively).

I think Gauntlet should either involve some similar backlash (though not as harsh, given its other restrictions), or should have some limitation to its power that stops it being able to exorcise some nen (such as, for example, particularly powerful nen).

Autumn's ability is really dangerous, but given its restrictions I think its okay. A nasty ability indeed, since it goes beyond dealing just physical damage - I like it!

Feedback:
@luckygreen: I like your ability, it's very original. Apart from helping you get emotional close to someone, I'm not sure what One With the World would help with, but I'm sure you have ideas. I'm certain that its Specialisation though, not Enhancement.

@NoFreakingWay:

Party Hard: When you say there's no limit to how many globes can be Conjured over a certain area, is there a limit to the are over which you can Conjure them? I mean, presumably there is, otherwise you'd be able to Conjure them over the whole Earth.

Although dancing could be beneficial for a little while, you could just as easily cause people to die of exhaustion. I fear that once their stress has worn off from dancing, a person's stress is going to return tenfold when a) they realise they can't stop dancing, and b) their body is screaming at them to rest.

I assume this is meant to be a fun ability, but it has sinister undertones, lol.

Christmas Egg: This ability is really cool. Reminds me of one of the Greed Island cards and Pu from YuYu Hakusho.

Goodbye, New Year: Likewise, a great ability. Not being able to hurt another person makes me think that the user would have to be extremely single-minded, perhaps with a huge grudge against their victim.

Rebirth Pod, Itchy Thorn, Variable Sneakers & Karma Coin: All great techniques too; Variable Sneakers are definitely my favourite though! :)

Air Drums: I think this ties with Variable Sneakers for my favourite of all these Hatsu, though this one is obviously more combat-oriented. I think it'll be a great technique to see when the RPG starts up.

Some new techniques:
Name: Big Top
Type: Conjuration
Details: This is a technique for the leader of circus-themed characters, a Ringmaster.

The user must be using En.
There must be no more than six people within the range of their En.
All of those people must be nen users.
User must explain the details of their technique to all of these people, and they must all consent to being involved in its activation.
The user then Conjures a Big Top around them; he and his colleagues will be within the centre of the ring. This area is called the Lobby.

There will be a number of doors leading out from the Lobby, each leading to a Room behind it.
There is a counter above each of these doors, displaying the number of conscious people within that Room.
The number of doors is equal to the number of people involved in the technique (excluding the user).
There will also be one entrance, leading in from outside.

Each of the exits leads to another Room. Each of these Rooms is bare, and has the same dimensions as the inside of a normal circus big top (making them quite large).
There is also one juggling ball within each room.

The Top has the following rules:

-Anyone can enter the Top from outside at any time.
-Upon their entrance, the user must explain all of the rules of the Top and of the Rooms.
-The user cannot hurt anyone whilst in the lobby, nor can he be hurt.
-No one (the user included) can leave the Top, unless the Top is de-Conjured.
-The Top cannot be de-Conjured unless the following Condition has been met:

All of the juggling balls are collected in the lobby.

-When this Condition is met, the Top is de-Conjured automatically.

The Rooms all have the following rules:

-The user cannot enter a Room.
-No one can enter a Room unless the counter above its door reads either "0" or "1"; ie. there cannot be more than two conscious people in a Room at any time.
-No one can exit a Room unless they are the only conscious person inside it.
-No one can exit a Room unless holding that Room's juggling ball.

Commentary: This seems like a rather complicated technique, I know, but I think I've covered all the angles within its formal rules. I'll try to explain its purpose in language that a human, rather than a lawyer, would use. :P

This Top will hopefully appear in the RPG, provided it fits somewhere I feel satisfied with. The idea is that our protagonists are forced to enter the top at some point. They then have to play by the Ringmaster's rules if they wish to escape - in order to de-Conjure the top they'll have to collect all the juggling balls. In order to collect them all, they'll have to enter each of the rooms. In order to leave the rooms they'll have to knock out or kill the opponent waiting for them - one of the Ringmaster's lackeys.

The idea is that each of the protagonists has to fight a one-on-one battle to claim the juggling ball. If any of them should lose, one of the others will have to step up to take their place.

Name: Make 'em Laugh
Type: Manipulation
Details: The user must explain the conditions of activation of their technique to a target.
If they make a target laugh within 24 hours of explaining their Hatsu to a target, then that target falls under their control for the next 24 hours.

Commentary: Seems kinda useful - you can just not laugh, right? Well yeah, maybe, but a clever user could trick an opponent into laughing using psychological tricks. Alternatively, they can lob a grenade of laughing gas at them (do they exist in real life? I dunno, lol). Not that doing so would make it a sure thing when fighting a nen user.

Belongs to a clown who works with the Ringmaster, and the guardian of one of the Rooms.

EDIT: Hisoka's Transmuted water would totally taste like bubblegum! ^_^

Another technique:

Name: Nemesis
Type: Enhancement
Detials: The user Enhances their adrenal gland to give themself an almost-immediate and enhanced adrenaline rush. This has all the benefits a normal adrenaline would give them; their reaction time is quicker, they are stronger, they don't feel any pain etc. They also fight using their instincts, rather than their reason.

The adrenaline rush typically lasts a few minutes.

It also comes with down-sides though; for example, not being able to feel pain is not always a good thing, since, until the rush is over, you won't feel wounds that should be attended to immediately. It is also very tiring, so the user cannot use the technique over and over again without getting exhausted.

The user also has a second form to this technique called Nemesis: Thanatos; if the user smells blood sufficiently strongly, the effects of Nemesis will kick in automatically, regardless of their will.

Commentary: This is a Hatsu that I posted for myself back on nexgear, but I think the long-term effects of continued exposure to such high levels of adrenaline might be detrimental to one's health. All in all, I much prefer Cure for my own Hatsu.

This technique is comparable to Killua's Kanmuru; a temporary boost to one's physical stats. However, the boosts to speed and reaction time would be nowhere near the ludicrously high boosts Kanmuru grants Killua. On the plus side, it wouldn't be as tiring either. Another technique it's comparable to is Shalnark's Autopilot.

Because adrenaline induces a fight-or-flight response, the user would automatically flee when faced with a much stronger opponent, whereas a person in full control of their body could override their natural instinct to run away. This character would be useless in the invasion of the Ants' Palace, lol.

Nemesis: Thanatos has its benefits: an exhausted user could deliberately smell some blood so as to go beyond their physical limits. Equally, it has its downsides: continued exposure to blood would cause them to repeatedly use Nemesis, which would result in them exhausting themself unless they get out of the range of the smell quickly enough.

I have an exam on Tuesday. On Wednesday I'm going to start typing up the set-up thread for the RPG and hopefully I'll be able to finish and post it that night, so anyone who's interested, start thinking up your character, including appearance, personality, background and Hatsu. ^_^

Ok, so...it's been a while, but I think I might be bringing this topic back to life (or at least, I hope so)

I still need to polish the conditions but...

Our War Game

Nen Type: Conjuration/Specialization

The user transports himself and his target to a Nen created space to play games. Each game will grant the winner 1 point. When a player wins 3 points, then he or she will be declared winner, and can make any kind of request he or she wants to the loser, who then will be forced to do (can even be stuff like "Die"). The space will change to suit the needs of this game.

The game can be pretty much anything, as long as both players know the rules for the game.
The target will choose the first game.
The user needs to be touching the target/s to activate this ability.
This ability can only be used with the consentment of the target, even if he doesn't know about the ability (for example, by saying "let's play a game" and getting an "okay" as a reply).
If any player cheats, then it will count as a loss and the other player will gain 1 point.
As long as they are in this space, player cannot get harmed or killed, unless the game itself allows it (as in the case of fights to death).

Cheat is something weird to do. I like the ability but some of the restrictions are maybe TOO hardcore. The one not allowing the "caster" to get harmed is kinda weird but I guess that since we saw Hakoware being harmless against Meryem I guess it's possible. But the circumstances are too different.

Finally, I've been waiting for weeks for someone to reply so that I can post the new techniques I've thought up! :D

First off, I love the name! Is it by any chance a Digimon reference?

I think this technique is really cool. I think that as long as neither player can be harmed then that particular effect is fine; it's fair and without it the target may not agree to the game.

My only change would be to say that the two players agree on the winning requests before they start the first round. Otherwise they could make an unofficial wager prior to starting (say the loser gives the winner certain information they're looking for) which the winner could just welch on. Upon winning they could go "Actually, screw that, just die!".

If they have to agree upon the conditions of the wager before they start, which are then automatically enforced then it means both players know the stakes they're playing for and can't screw each other over.

More techniques:
Name: 666
Type: Emission
Summary: The user fires Emission blasts from his fingertips when he holds his hands up like guns (the same way kids do). They've placed a Restriction saying they can only fire six shots per day per hand.

They can also hold their hands up together to form a single "gun" for a more powerful shot. Doing this costs one shot from each hand for that day. This kind of shot also has a random element built into it; the strength of the blast will be given a factor between 1 and 6. The higher the number, the stronger the shot. Equally, a lower number will weaken the shot.

A factor of 1 will make the shot almost useless.
2 will weaken it considerably.
3 will weaken it only slightly.
4 will strengthen it only slightly.
5 will strengthen it considerably.
6 will be an extremely powerful shot.

The user cannot alter the strength factor themself.
The user will not know the strength factor until the shot has fired.
The same strength factor cannot occur twice within the same day.

Name: Cannonballistics
Type: Transmutation
Summary: The user Transmutes their nen to give it the property of springiness. This allows them to jump and bounce good distances when Transmuting the nen around their feet, or bounce off walls, ceilings etc. When struck, if they Transmute the nen around the part of their body that's been hit in time, the blow might be dampened, reducing the damage received.

Commentary: The character that this technique is intended for is a member of the circus run by Big Top's user. They are a human cannonball and acrobat.

Name: Fiendish Chain
Type: Transmutation
Summary: The user Transmutes their nen to resemble a chain. By increasing or decreasing nen output they can alter its lengths as need be. They can wield it in one hand, or attach either end to one hand, whichever they see fit.

When wrapped around a target, they can then Transmute their nen further to give it the porperty of "weight" or "heaviness". By drastically increasing the weight of the chain they can make it much harder for the target to escape their bindings.

Commentary: A chain-themed technique suitable for capturing, though obviously not in the same league as Kurapika's. The longer the user stays trapped, the harder it will be to escape, since the user can increase the weight and density of the chain to a greater degree the longer they have the target held.

Name: Hidden Arsenal
Type: Manipulation primarily, Conjuration, Emission, Enhancement
Summary: The user first Conjures a small nen space. The user can only access the nen space via their own throat; by swallowing things they can place things inside the nen space, and by reaching into their own mouth they can retrieve them.

The user places many different swords into the nen space. The user draws them out as and when he needs them.

The user can Manipulate the swords in battle; he can make them hover round him and attack as he wants. He can Manipulate up to twelve at a time, provided he only gives them all one identical Manipulation command, and that that command is simple (such as "Fly at this target").

He can reduce this number to six in exhcange for giving them idividual and slightly more complex commands.

If any sword moves more then six feet away from the user, his control over it ceases and it becomes a normal sword again.

Only swords and the user's hands can enter the nen space.

Commentary: Another member of Big Top's circus troupe. This time the technique of, unsuprisingly, a sword swallower.

Name: Eternal Viewer
Type: Specialisation, Conjuration, Manipulation
Summary: The user conjures a small black orb that follows him around everywhere. The orb records everything it experiences, including not just sounds and sights but also smells, temperatures, feelings etc. up to and including any uses of nen it witnesses. It is also able to see in 360 degrees.

By holding the orb and running his nen through it, someone (the user or another) can enter replay any experience the orb has recorded. Replay will allow the viewer to receive all the same sensory information that the orb did; sight, sound, smell, temperature, feelings, nen etc. The only difference will be that the viewers cannot affect what is going on around them, or vice versa.

Basically the orb has perfect recall and allows viewers to feel like they were actually there to witness what the orb recorded.

The user has placed a command upon the orb to carry out upon his death; the orb is to seek out a person of the user's choosing. The person must be chosen beforehand. To choose the person the user must say "Executor of my will" to the orb whilst it records the image of the chosen person.

The user can change the chosen person at any time by repeating this process; the orb will seek out the latest chosen person.

When it finds the chosen person, the orb will automatically replay the last hour of the user's life to that person and anyone within their prescence. Once the recording has finished, the orb wil disappear permanently.

Should anyone try to activate the orb's memory between the user's death and the orb finding the chosen person, the orb will disappear permanently (to avoid information falling into the hands of the enemy).

Commentary: I thought this technique up a while back, but it was limited to sight and sound. When I realised this made the orb little more than a very efficient camcorder I extended it to all senses. NoFreakingWay posted a similar technique a while back, though it was more combat-oriented.

The orb depends on the user's own senses to record. This means that if the user goes blind, the orb will not be able to record sight. If the user's hearing detiorates, the orb's will deteriorate to the same extent etc.

Since the mangastream forum i've started reading 3 week ago got deleted by a mad staff member i came here.

I haven't seen anything like that in any forum, so i think it will be helpful to HxH fan who want to know their Primary Nen type and draw an Hatsu chart with detail regarding their adjacent Nen. Here's some very useful Nen test:

  • Enhancement (Kyōka)
  • Emission (Hōshutsu)
  • Manipulation (Sōsa)
  • Conjuration (Gugenka)
  • Transmutation (Henka)
  • Specialization (Tokushitsu)

The first test is based on both Hisoka method and personalities analysis of Nen users according to their type. It give complete result for primary and adjacent Nen. It is the most accurate one out of the dozen I have tested.

All test are terrific and can surprise you, I've found the first one back in 2008 and I reach the same results even after 5 years, only a few Nen goes up or down but the first hasn't changed.

Little Advise
Don't rush it, you can mess up our own "analysis". The bar is very important and can determinate the final result but sometimes that's not very obvious. Some questions are "tricky" because what they implies count a lot in the final result, you'll find out on your own...:amuse

Pour la question 10 du test Français ne repondez pas Oui si vous n'êtes qu'attentif car elle insinue que vous êtes de nature stressé.

If this post is helpful can a moderator move it to the first page or sticky it? That will be awesome :hip

Thanks you.

This is also the quiz I use, and I'd highly recommend it. It's similar to a Japanese one that used to exist (though that site has now gone down). Like Moeru my first result never changes.

I actually used a Spanish one which I rely a lot. In any case I now judge by my own perceptions.

Whoa, that was unexpected, the results say I'm from Materialization. What the? I thought I was from Emission.

Oh yeah - some feedback. Haven't done this in a long time. I was playing this stupid addictive game you see...

Our War Game: Reminds me of the guys from Bleach. You know, the ones with Ginjo? Or the guys from YuYu Hakusho, the ones that used rules in their territory.
Other than that, I can't really analyze it that much yet. What I can say is that it's like a pretty time-consuming Manipulation Hatsu that has a good chance of backfiring at you, whereas Manipulation Hatsus are almost safe for the user. But it's kind of amusing though. I feel Hatsus like these would fit people like Pariston or Netero.

666: Reminds me of Quickenings, but I think Knot of Rust is more like it. To those who don't know what I'm talking about, I'm referring to some things from a game called Final Fantasy XII.

Cannonballistics: Hmm. Bungee Gum without the stickiness? I think "ricocheting" is kind of similar to what this ability does. Or not... (checks dictionary for actual meaning of the word)

Fiendish Chain: Hey, sounds similar to what that guy from Bleach uses, except this is less hax since the chains have to be wrapped long enough to get the full effect.

Hidden Arsenal: As I was reading this, a memory of some scene in some anime popped up in my head and as I wrote my reaction down I forgot all about it. What the? Anyway, I think it's cool to deceive people you're actually swallowing that many swords. You can get a lot of money from that trick! Too bad you can only stuff in your swords and your hands... Reminds me of... Orochimaru?

Eternal Viewer: My god... Jecht Spheres??? Coincidentally I'm playing FFX:I now!!! Ermm. Anyway... This also reminds me of Pakunoda's ability except this is more... specialized? And less combat oriented. So the user of this ability is like a fortune teller or something? I was thinking the user is another member of the Big Top gang but on second thought, I think not.

Big Top: At first glance I thought it was really complicated but reading the commentary I realized that this is like those accursed Cloister of Trials in FFX except you have to fight someone here. And yeah from out of nowhere I remembered the manga Gyo. There was this circus in that manga too, you know, except it had all those dead fish walking on robot spider legs and that geistgas all around it... What the hell am I saying. I'm ranting too much. The ability itself is somewhat great. I imagine the user must have a lot of nen. Circuses give me weird eerie impressions so if I was in the RPG I would probably have my character act weirded out too...

-----

No abilities for now. I was typing this really interesting FAQ for calculating damage in an HxH RPG. Although it looks like it's not gonna make it in, Tame might read it. Or you, Uriel, if you're interested. Or any of you guys.

@Uriel: If you're gonna force your opponent do whatever you want , for example: die, seal his Nen forever, make him/her your sex slave, turn the tough guy into a ballerina or whatever you might think, conditions have to be strict....even more, I think they might no be hard enough. Plus, not just the caster can't get harmed, also the opponent, of course, that is unless the game itself allows it.

@Tama: Well, of course "Our War Game" is a Digimon reference, I thought the name was amusing so I borrowed it.
If both players agreed on the winning request before the first round, then one of the players might not agree. Plus, the risk just makes it better. Besides, it can be used both for fighting and for fun, which makes it a pretty useful ability....I'm pretty sure Hisoka would agree to play some games.

@NotFreakingWay: sorry, never watched/read Bleach, so I really don't know what you're talking about hehe. The risk of losing and backfiring is what makes it so fun....I guess it kinda fits my own personality (a little twisted, of course, and game addicted)

Just posting here for reference (and redundancy), this is the hatsu I plan to play with in the HxH RPG topic (right here in this forum, check it out and participate =])

Hatsu
Name: The Gathering
Type(s): All, excluding Speciallization.
Details: At the start of each battle, materialize the deck (with all the cards avaiable) and draw 1 card from the deck, at random (there are no indications of which card it is until you draw the card in question). Each card has one of three themes: a hero theme, representing a legendary being, which gives me one of two options of "equipment", with possible different effects; a monster theme, which brings a nen-creature to life to help me in battle, but suppresses one of my hatsus for the time it remains in action; and a magic, that I can only use once and has a random effect, but with great consequences. To use a card is simply to wish for his effect to work, and this decision cannot be manipulated in any way, nor can someone make use of the cards or it's powers by means of manipulation hatsu. Each card has a duration time of sorts, and his own set of conditions. Only one card can be drawn at each battle (with only one exception). The cards are as follows:
  1. Mordekainen, the Knight: the noble knight brings two weapons: the powerful Mordekainen Sword, which only affects nen and non-living beings, automatically suppress a nen effect or ability upon the target (if there's more than one effect or ability working on the time the hit lands, one is suppressed at random); or the Black Sword of Disaster, which only affects nen and living things, and automatically destroys a nen-based attack or creature upon touch. Any suppressed/destroyed nen-effect generates a expenditure of nen equal to the one being suppressed/destroyed. If the effect destroyed/suppressed has greater nen than I could pay, the sword dissipates harmlessly. Duration is until dissipated or dismissed, and any suppression in effect ceases when this happens.
  2. Acererak, the Deathbringer: the powerful necromancer brings two artifacts: the Sphere of Annihilation, an globe 2 feet in diameter of absolute nothingness that is placed under my range of view. Any nen that comes upon contact with the sphere is sucked into the void, gone, and utterly destroyed. The sphere cannot be moved by anything and remains in place until dismissed or used, when it then dissipates with whatever nen it destroyed. Destroyed nen is persistent, but subject to nen-removal as all other persisted effects (which works here by "removing " the sphere so the nen could go back normally to its source); or the Phylactery of Lichdom, an amulet that, as long as it exists, will reform my body instantly after I die, in a place around it where I could occupy. The amulet is a mundane item, and is easily destroyed, but also can be affected by nen. Has a duration of only 10 minutes though.
  3. Urza, the Artificer: the legendary maker brings two equipments: Urza's Battle Armor, which envelops the user and works as a persistent ken-effect, tied to my Reinforcer level (much in the way of Palm's Black Widow nen ability), for the duration of the battle; or the Urza's Metallic Wings, who give me the ability to fly, for the duration of the battle as well.
  4. Mishra, the Wizard: the mystical sage brings two staffs: the Bastion of Broken Souls, which can break the willpower of anyone on line of sight whose name and nen-type I know, and that the staff had touched at least once in the last 10 minutes. The effect persists for 1 hour after, and the staff dissipates after use, being dismissed, or after 10 minutes; or the Staff of the Archmagi, which increases my nen by 25% of my total capacity for 10 minutes or until dismissed.
  5. The Rising Phoenix: The legendary bird of fire comes to life, burning my enemies in flame. The phoenix is an independent flying aura-shaped entity (in other words, it has not a form of it's own, alike to Zeno's dragon head nen ability), directed by my will, that can burn things it touches. It's flames are harmless to the user, though not the flames generated by flammable things upon which it made contact. While the phoenix is active, when I receive a death blow or die, we switch places and it dissipates in my place. My condition is then completely healed. The phoenix remains for 1 hour, and it supresses my transformation hatsu.
  6. The Raging Quimera: the dangerous creature who incarnates destruction comes to life, attacking everything on sight. The quimera is an independent flying nen-creature (akin to Goreinu's Black and White Goreinus), which only accepts orders to not target a creature or a thing (it never attack me though). It attacks with either one of it's three heads (classical goat's gore, lion's bite or dragon's fire breath; all of them harmless to me) or with it's scorpion tail (that have a paralysing poison that persists for an hour; also harmless to me). The chimera remains for 1 hour, and it supresses my reinforcement hatsu.
  7. The Noble Coult: the mystical flying serpent which is said to have great wisdom comes to life, helping me during the battle. The coult is an independent flying nen-creature (like the chimera), with a will of his own. As long as it can sense his target with it's en, the coult will give me information about my enemies tactic's (by reading his superficial thoughts on the fight) and his nen properties (randomly, as it finds them out). It's en range is double mine, and the coult remains for 1 hour, suppressing my emission hatsu.
  8. Allure of the Twin Goddess': Brings down to me the blessing of the moon goddess, or the curse of the dark goddess upon my enemies. When the card is activated, this power either fully heal physical damage taken by me and any ally or allies in range (tied to my en*2), or it will curse all of my enemies in range by blinding them with a persisten effect. This power is instantaneous.
  9. Elemental Evocation: Brings down the power of the elements to destroy my enemies. When the card is activated, this power either calls down a fireball (affecting an area in range), a lightning bolt (affecting a line in a direction) or a cone of cold (affecting an area around me), any of which damages anything in the area of effect. I'm immune to the effects of my own elemental evocations. This power is instantaneous.
  10. Nimb's dice: Brings down the blessings of the god of luck and chaos. When the card is activated, it creates 2 dices (six-sided or d6). When desired, roll the dices. If the number is greater or equal than the level of threat of the current combat (in a scale of 1 to 12 compared to my current situation and the difference between my aura and aura of my enemy; the greater the threat, the greater is this number), choose two cards at will (excluding this one). The power of those cards will only have a durantion of 1 minute though (overriding the original duration, but not of it's effects; magic cards are still instantaneous). If it's lower, suppresses The Gathering for 24 hours. This power is instantaneous, and the dice's remain until dismissed.
Commentary: Well, what to say, there are quite a high number of sources that inspired me on this one. Have fun figuring them all out ^^'

Ok, so technically this ability would be specialization/conjuration

I thought of an ability like that, using a tarot deck theme. But to actually use something like the one you're posting, restrictions should be pretty high, otherwise, it wouldn't be enough to achieve the results you're looking for.

As far as restrictions goes, it has: randomization, time/usage limit, and some have even target issues (the swords in particular). All in all, I thought it competes with the best tecniques so far in the manga, but if you have any thoughts on it (other than saying it's not going to work, which is debatable =P), I would greatly apreciate ^^

@Edit:
Oh, and as far as nen type goes, It's a interpretation to say it's specialization, because it doesn't do anything out of the other 5 categories (well, maybe not the mind-reading part, but i could still change it to "read enemy aura and help me analise his next step" for a similar benefit).

What I'm saying, a person can't have all 5 types of Hatsu, I mean, can, but won't be a 100% effective.

For example, I read you RPG character sheet, you post it as a Reinforcement type, Reinforcers can only get about 60% of Materialization, so that makes the rest of the stuff a lot weaker. Specialist can use 100% of all types (like Kurapica), but it comes with huge limitations. In the case of Emperor's Time, he can only use it when his eyes are red, and can only keep it for a short amount of time, otherwise, he gets sick.

Now randomness is a good choice of limitation, but isn't enough to make the most of what you're posting. Most of those stuff, also require a huge deal of manipulation, which is also complicated for reinforcers, so it will be too hard. So the true question is, which kind of Nen that person was born with?

Also remember, no Nen can be beyond human bounderies (at least, by HxH standards)

There are almost none limitations in that ability, just the randomness thing and time limitations of each card, which are pretty much non-existant

Thanks for the feedback NFW! Fiendish Chain and Eternal Viewer's users aren't part of the Big Top gang confusingly, since I've posted then amongst techniques of people who are.

With Cannonballistics I meant for the user to bounce off things, while with Bungee Gum, things tend to bounce off it, if that makes any sense.

Circuses are weird lol.

It seems that some terms are getting out of grasp here. Materialization doesn't mean you can conjure everything you want and have it with an special condition inserted by it. Only Conjurers can do that effectively and even them depend on their aura gauge to do so. Remember, it's not the same to be a level 1 conjurer than a level 10. Most of the techniques presented here are involving a HIGH amount of aura with HIGH rate of efficiency without taking that in consideration properly.

And one more thing: Specialization isn't 100% in other Hatsus every time...It's a technique who doesn't actually fit in the others. It MAY require some, but it always makes you unable to train in other areas. Let's say you're Specialization: That doesn't mean you can achieve 100% on Intensification (Only Emperor Time of Kurapika) it implies that you may or may not have a technique that works AS a 100% intensification. Am I enough clear there?
