The hero is Dr. Kishiwada, a brilliant but demented scientist, who creates bizarre mechas, battles the forces of evil, or just mucks about. There are many parodies of B-grade sci-fi movies and of TV. Crazy, slick, and very funny.

Very old manga but very funny and enjoyable to read..... Doctor kishiwada can do anything without common sense of human, sometime he sleep walk at night and do the operation on his own assistance!, and when the aliean come visiting human.. Doctor kishiwada will be the one that everybody need for translation!
