地球人の悪夢に巣くう「逃亡犯」を捕らえる賞金稼ぎ・ドリームバスター。赤いハチマキにカウボーイの格好をしたシェンと、筋骨隆々のいかつい風貌をしたマエストロのコンビで、凶悪なる賞金首を追い詰める。シュリンカー、グロッガーを次々と撃破し、愛機バレンシップで惑星テーラに帰還したふたりの次のミッションは夢見る女子高生・村野理恵子の救出。 ふたりは果たして無事に彼女を救い出すことができるのであろうか？
Sometimes fugitive monsters hide in the nightmares of human beings. The cowboyish Shen and stern, muscle-bound Maestro are Dream Busters, bounty hunters who catch these monsters. Their first mission of the series is to catch a monster inside the shared nightmare of Michiko and her daughter Mayu, which involves the death by fire of a cat-loving old man.
