Koharuta is a boy who is hospitalized with an incurable illness. He spends much of his time drawing stories in a strange book his grandfather bought for him, and the characters he creates in it move and act of their own accord.

This oneshot was later included in the final volume of "Kiben Gakuha Yotsuya-senpai no Kaidan."
