Summary and Preview
There is an urban legend of garter-wearing women who punish evil men who horribly mistreat women (by raping them, selling them into prostitution, etc.). These women are called the Marunouchi Garter Kishi dan! The receptionist Yuko wonders if this rumor is true, particularly since her fellow receptionist Meisa is always wearing garters. Will the mysterious Garter-wearing vigilante be there for Yuko in her darkest hour?
