That is not ウンっぱち　（うんっぱち）.　It looks similar, but it is　ウソッパチ　(うそっぱち)　= ウソ
meaning：　a lie

I somehow suspect you got yourself the wrong kanji and you are actually looking for 因縁, which means fate, destiny (or something related depending on the context)

Takahashi Misaki (The black-hair boy): In this scene, he's a cleverness student taking particular classes intended to entry into economy's department at T university. He is a fan of a manga called 'The☆Kan'.
Usami Akihiko (The white-hair guy): His nickname is Usagi. He's a super rich novelist and also Misaki's particular teacher. He's best friend of Misaki's brother, Takahiro Takahashi.

"Last Notes is a strange story of illusions written on the theme of a perfume called 'anti-spirit-fragrance' that, according to some, when burnt, reveals the form of deceased people you'd like to meet. In the story, staged in a perfume shop in Tokyo's Shitamachi district, a human drama is depicted in which the shopkeeper and the customers that have their own reasons are tied together."

The only part that may not make sense for you is 'customers that have their own reasons'. The Japanese is something like 'customers who want to take it all the way', or 'the customers who are willing to go to such great lengths (as to use the perfume)'. Hopefully that helps.

i found this meaning (Adverb) extremely; considerably
My best guess is "you like manga a lot (extremely) too"

One day the protagonist, who can't get used to the city overflowing with various races, meets a Japanese who introduces himself as Hateruma.
