It's not in the manga. Meliodas destroyed it in the first episode of Signs of Holy War with Hellblaze. Certain things like Vivian's ring seem to be canon and we have not see the horn since that discussion with Ban so some think that it's really been destroyed in the manga.

Signs of holy war? What exactly is that? It seems a tad weird to me that meliodas would just kill a goddess. granted it tried to kill him but to me it looks like the goddess in question was mostly harmless. Well, maybe current mel wouldn't take issue with killing in cold blood but past mel is definitely not the type to do that.

Didn't you watch the 4 special episodes? Meliodas destroys it because she starts commenting on Meliodas' race and sin, mentioning that nobody in this world would ever be his friend. A bit out of character, but not entirely.
But either way, her case should be just like Fraudrin's - killing the host should not lead to the death of the goddess or the demon.

Actually no, it's quite the opposite, it's her interpretating Gil's cursing. By the way, I changed mouth to ears in the translation.

Nah. It's similar to what Oda does with cover pages for chapters sometimes. Suzuki had something similar for Kongoh Bancho where he would have readers send in ideas for Banchos and then draw them in his style (I think a group of them even appeared in the actual series but they were minor characters)

I think the most that's gonna happen is that he picks one idea he particularly likes and change it to fit more into the series but I'm not expecting it to go beyond a double page with some fan ideas (which is still awesome, mind you)
