What did you guys think of Mitsukubi Condor?

I think that's a given. Can't think of many (if any) 4 koma that are 18 pages weekly. I'm gonna take a guess at 9 or something.

There are series that kind of hybrid, they are 4-koma, but sometimes in important moments they come back to normal manga and are more than 18 pages long. For example, One Week Friend and the author new serie, "To be what I am".

I liked it. I think it could have been great but it was pretty rough around the edges.

It definitely had potential, out of all the latest failed battle manga in Jump, it is probably my favorite, really hope Ishiyama can pull a Horikoshi with his next series and pull out something genuinely good

It is not really necessary to get those prizes, most of them are publisher biased or biased in other ways.
One Piece never won and it is the greatest manga of all time. It is like MVP in the NBA, not always the best players wins, but who has the best narrative and drama. XD

To You, the Immortal's best chapter was the first one. It dropped pretty hard afterwards.

The Tezuka Cultural Prize is legit; it's just probably never going to a Shonen Jump series. It was explained a while back that they mostly pick stuff with cultural value such as biographies or historical dramas.
