I don't think he used it in Danafor, nor against Gelda or Galan. The only occasion when Meliodas might have used a glimpse of his OG Magic, is when he injured Ban. This page obviously indicates that, and debunks the claim that the flames of Purgatory are the cause of Ban' scars.
I think Ban's first two panels are clearly implying that.
1- "Having come to Purgatory, it's clearer now than ever". By this, he meant that before coming to Purgatory, he was actually suspicious of the "real" thing that caused those scars on his "immortal" body. We can say that he wasn't satisfied with the claim that the Flames of Purgatory are the thing which caused the scars.
While after coming to Purgatory, he became certain that it wasn't the Flames, nor the ice of Purgatory; as they fail to leave even a small scratch on his body. He concludes then:
2- "You've got some crazy strength". I think it is definitely a foreshadow of Meliodas' OG Magic from Nakaba.
I think we’re talking about different things. I’m saying that the 30,000 feet hole that Meliodas makes is part of his OG magic.

He is called the Destroyer by the DK, his true original power is linked to absolute haxed destruction ability, hence why he is afraid of it.

By awakening it, he cannot stay in the Mortal World, putting him comfortably at Gods level of power since they have the same restrictions as him. He can even kill them since his power slightly awakened is strong enough to destroy their godly bodies.

Damn, Nakaba really love OP MC, Meliodas is more broken than anyone now that it isn't even funny.

I know, and what I wanted to say is that we "still" don't have any evidence that Mel's OG Magic was used in Danafor's destruction. He used a huge amount of Dakness to destroy it ... technically, that won't be necessary if his ability was activated. He obliterated the DK's own arm without any darkness.
As I said, the only evidence we have right now is when he used it to bypass / nullify Ban's immortality.

It is a nearly global consent that Meliodas' OG Magic is related to Nothingness / Absolute Destruction, but I believe that this statement of DK about Meliodas being "The Destroyer" was wrongfully taken out of its context.
Meliodas asked his father why does he keep calling him a "good-for-nothing" or a "failure". The DK answered "because you're the Destroyer" ... then Meliodas replied: " You are the Destroyer". Crunchyroll translated that statement as "a source of destruction" ... what the DK meant by calling Emo-Meliodas like that is obviously related to his tendency to end the war and live in peace with Elizabeth and all races. Doing this, he is "a source of Destruction" for the DK's plans for Meliodas and the future of DC.

But still, @sobreno , the thing concerning "The Destroyer" description can possibly be considered as a foreshadow of Mel's True Magic.

Probably but given the glimpse of his true power awakened in the recent chapter, it could be both literally and metaphorically.

The DK himself seems to not knew about the true nature of Meliodas's true original power. Hence his beyond surprised face.

The DK seem surprised Meliodas used it not at what it was.

Probably but the way he formulated that seems to imply that he didn't knew about the true effect of his power, like it could destroy his body, he even call that " impossible ".

I just want to say this.

Ban's scar has been retconned into it being caused by Mel's power. Early in the series, it was implied that certain demon powers could cancel out Ban's healing, which we had seen when Jericho cut up Ban and his wounds didn't heal at all until he used an incantation ball. There is also the fact that the aura of Mel's attack on Ban greatly resembled Hellblaze, so I'm fairly certain this wasn't something planned that far back.

While I find it unlikely that Mel's true magic resulted in Danafor's and Gelda's end, I can easily see that also being folded in to Mel's ability. If that is the case, however, there better be a damn good explanation as to why Mel was able to use it without being effected by the recently alluded repercussions.

Well, I don't think that Meliodas ever used his original magic power in those moments. Just his classic Hellblaze and his Darkness Demonic Power.

He is afraid of it, no way he used that power of those occassions.

That’s wrong Ban never used the incarnation ball on himself. Ban healed by himself it was just delayed. Ban used that incarnation ball later on Gilthunder I believe.

Pretty sure the implications here was that Ban jumped in at the last moment and got healed by the incantation orbs. You can even see the wisps of smoke and sound effects that rose from Guila rising up from Ban as well.

Nope i disagree we all saw hellblaze striking ban at that part of the story if meliodas has the power to destroy lets say anything like db super hakai of the gods of destruction there is no way he would had used a skill he said he was afraid to use it on ban because he became a bit serious after steeling his sword.

What makes this assumption far fetched is that if he was afraid to use it then there are good chances that he may not control the skill that well so if he had used this new skill on his best friend then he would had end up hakai ban from the existence or something.

Thus making this assumption nonsense

That was exclusive to Jericho wasnt it? Guila was never noted to have attacks that were harder to regen.

I still hope Mel's ability to be related to the concept of "Nothingness" instead of "Destruction", which is relatively more used / consumed than the first.

It sounds like you agree with me, but I'm not entirely sure. I don't think Mel giving Ban his scar is a case of foreshadowing for the exact reasons you posted, but if it is, then it would be a retcon.

We only saw Jericho use it, but her being a reactor was the only change we saw in her from when she first fought Ban and when they had their rematch. I'm assuming it was a case of hiding the whole Reactor thing, otherwise, how else would Jericho's attacks keep Ban from healing? Aside from demonic techniques (at least, at that point in the series) nothing else in the series has been shown to harm Ban permanently.

I just assumed that was the unique magic she got after being awakened by the demon blood, like how Guila got Explosion, didnt seem to have anything to do with Hellfire either. If Nakaba really just wanted to portray demon-related abilities as being the way to bypass Ban's immortality, then you'd think he'd also make it so Guila and of course Hendrikson were able to similarly damage Ban, but he kept it isolated to Jericho.

I dont think Nakaba intended to portray demon powers in general as being Bans weakness, imo he wanted to portray Mel as special so he had him be the only one who could permanently hurt Ban, and he wanted Jericho to be a threat to establish a connection to Ban, so he had her conveniently awaken to a power that was effective against him. Maybe Hellblaze was supposed to be the special ability Mel had, but i'd say that it was Hellblaze belonging only to Mel that Nakaba retconned, not the fact that Mel had a special power exclusive to him that could hurt Ban.

So i've been hearing a lot lately that Zeldris is supposedly borrowing Ruler from the DK, is this true? Because if it is, its possible that Mel's true magic was foreshadowed during his encounter with Zeldris and Estarossa
Zel couldnt move at all while Estarossa could, so the DK's magic didnt even lessen the effect of Mels attack, it was completely bypassed, could it be that the reason Mel could get through the DK's magic is because Mel was using his true magic right here? I doubt AM Meliodas would be "afraid" like his emotional self, and he is already planning on leaving Britannia soon...

That's most likely the case! Zeldris used his Father's power (The Ruler) thinking that it can invert the effect of Meliodas' gravitational power, but it didn't work in the slightest, most likely cuz Meliodas used a portion of his TRUE Magic.
Zeldris: "Then, it's just as Father said ... Meliodas is truly ..." I bet Zeldris wanted to say that Meliodas was Truly "invincible".
Ban said the same thing about him in Purgatory ... he even used the adjective o "Truly" like Zeldris.

It couldn't have been a new magic, because she already had Godspeed as her magic before she turned into a reactor. As for Guila and Hendy, I find it rather convenient that Ban didn't fight Guila after the reveal of her being a reactor. It's also convenient that Hendy never used Hellblaze anymore after demonstrating it against Arthur, despite the fact that it would've been very helpful during his fight against the Sins.

I think Nakaba was heading in that direction for the Reactors, but as the series went on, he realized that it would put Ban at too much of a disadvantage, so he dropped that aspect of it and kept it limited to Hellblaze.

"Reactor" could simply have been another aspect of Godspeed, its not like how it actually worked was ever detailed, though King's speculation on it implies as much
stopping the wound's passing through times seems to fit well enough with Godspeed, either way it seems pretty clear that whatever Jericho's magic did, the demon aspect of it wasnt the cause of Ban's lack of regeneration. Why would Hendi using Hellblaze matter? Jericho never used Hellblaze. if Nakaba wanted to make demon power Ban's weakness then both Guila and Hendrickson wouldve had the same ability to injure Ban as Jericho, not to mention the Red Demon Ban initially fought. I think its a pretty safe bet to say that its Meliodas Nakaba wanted to portray as special, not demons in general.
