A manga with a pissing statue is higher than the super-emperor-deluxe-omega pushed battle shonen. Must be some 45 dimension Risk move by Nak the hack.

The fact that this is the lowest rank Dr.Stone ever got is crazy. And even crazier that Jujutsu - the rising star which is having a volume on sales that beat Dr.stone both in sales and present online and Kimetsu which is in the start of a very hype arc, are both placed this low, lower than a romcom and a gag series. This is really amusing.

neither David nor Japan are ranked, they have been exchanging positions between them every single week
which means their positions are fixed

they're giving them the tomato poodle treatment, they will wait to see their first volume sales then decide between keeping or axing

kinda tired of all the exocrist/demon fighting manga jump is being flooded with
most people are, Nak the hack is trying to turn the magazine into Jump SQ light

Galaxy Gangs aside, does WSJ really need an answer for Eden's Zero? It's not really tearing up the charts with its sales.
I think people just want a manga with a space setting

A lot of series seem to drop quick now when they've got an anime upcoming. Hinomaru stopped getting good ranks, Yuuna stopped getting good ranks, now Kimetsu and Dr Stone are in the lower end suddenly.

Either fans have caught on that they're safe for a while or something odd's going on with the ToC placements.

Basically, David and Jimoto are only competing with each other.

EiC seems to be only against putting TpN on a lower position, the rest is fair game. At least it gives series like act-age some spotlight.

They haven't been "rankings" in quite a while.
A series like MHA doesn't fall suddenly from constant top 5, with an average of top 2, into the middle of the magazine the week after a switch of EiC if it was only rankings, too many coincidents.
The EiC probably knew that people are going to read MHA and HQ anyway, so he placed them in the middle of the magazine, with series he thought had alot of potential between them and OP, so that more people will read them.
And now, after many of them have established themselves, he can let MHA slowly get back to the top and place them lower in the magazine, knowing that the anime will promote the manga.

The rankings have never been a real thing, but I really don't get why MHA of all things makes people "doubt" them. It places very low on the Twitter polls.

I never know tweeter polls have some kind of impact like that.

MHA was always in the top 5 for basically forever, the moment the new EiC came out it dropped to I think 12th or 13th.

Just look at that big drop out of nowhere.

The dip that matches the first 13 page chapter.

Wow, why is Jujutsu so low?

"EiC friendship with Jujutsu ended, now Act-Age is my best friend"

I think the most one could say is that the drop seems correlated with it, but may not necessarily be the cause of it since the EiC has been known to play mind games on us all. Haikyuu!! and BLack Clover somehow being placed in the back is very confusing at times only justified by putting the content there so people have a reason to flip to the end of the magazine.

HeroAca has shown consistent inconsistencies in quality so its more believable that its position reflects readers interests.

Food Wars seemingly being a bottom quarter dweller is most confusing as it has been pretty high quality since the central arc and to current. I can not accept in good faith that readers have seemingly grown cold on such a compelling and still innovative storytelling experience in art and drama.
