[Aizen]

Yay!

Just one thing to complain about:
@Aizen didn't you watch this movie? Why didn't you put this on your list?

I considered it along with the Bebop/Evangelion movies, happened to be one I left out. I would change a few things if I made the list now though lol.

Well, that was a great list. Thanks to @FaustXIII for hosting once again!
No surprise Ghibli kept racking up the points. Their films have such universal appeal, while also having fantastic attention to detail, both visually and message-wise. Great use of female characters (Most anime should take note). Many of them don't even have an antagonist, yet manage to tell a compelling story. Cannot go wrong with 80-90 percent of their catalog.
That said, it was nice to see some other directors get some props as well. Particularly Satoshi Kon, who I am not quite as big of a fan of as others, but is still very influential. Still wish I had waited and included Angels Egg to give Oshii some more rep too.

Getting betrayed outside MG, by both @syx and @Lady pompom ?

[Organizized]

Probably the best Top 10 yet.

Had to stop with my comments because I’m fixing the last preparations before hosting Christmas tomorrow. But this was a fun round, thanks @FaustXIII.

[Valhalla]

So many good movies makes me want to rewatch stuff and go on a one week binge watch
A very good top 10 that i more or less can agree with, and a even more awesome overall ranking since it gave me the urge to make a list of movies to watch and rewatch. Thanks again @FaustXIII and the new system looks pretty cool

Getting betrayed outside MG, by both @syx and @Lady pompom ?

Maybe she did what Arjuna did and thought writing “10 - Kuroko” meant 10 points to KnB and “1 - Your Name” meant 1 point to that one?

Quite a few seem to make this mistake.

Shouldn’t the three people who joined every one of your rounds (aside yourself) - i.e: me, Valhalla and Brandish - get to pick category? So much for dedication.

Still does not explain @syx This betrayal will be remembered! As 30 was enough for top 10

In a way you do, since it‘s just getting put into a poll. Doubt mine gets picked much

[Purity of Magi]

Oh, I read Pompom-chan and betraying Gry-kun in the same sentence? If that's indeed true then she is truly becoming a great Miko, as expected of her!

Top 10 video games

I approve

[Purity of Magi]

Never thought you would rate the movie that highly lol @Purity of Magi but very nice to see And naturally Gryff is on board again

To be honest, I was kinda a bit random with pointing some of the movies in my list tho expect some low - middle pointers as Koe No Katachi or Kimi No Na Wa. I kind of expected them to be really high rated by other people so I kinda gave them low points to give the others in my list a bit more randomizing higher points so said. However I think I am satisfied that I gave the movie a 9 in the end, and @Gryffindor also! Noicuh man!

And then we have Nii with is 3 points there...... should be three times more ... why are you running the perfect 9 - 9 - 9 score, Nii? Why..... Like......... WHY????

Top 10 video games

Agreeing with this with over 9000%.

[Brandish μ]

It's a good top 10, doesn't have any surprises. Spirited Away in the top 3, and great anime films (as films, not just because they are cartoons) like Akira, Ghost in the Shell and Grave of the Fireflies in the top 10. My only "complaint" would be Howl's Moving Castle being above most of the other Ghibli films, I don't see the appeal of that one.

Thanks for the game Faust! I saw over a dozen movies for this game, most effort I've put in so far. I'd love to be able to do the same with manga, some titles I haven't read for a long time (my favourite for example) and often forget how good they are, or I might do a backflip on them. I think I'll do one volume of any manga I consider.

You didn't tell me that you've watched the movie now @Brandish please tell me your thoughts

8/10

I'll drop by to your thread over the next week or so. I watched the trilogy just recently.

TBD: Brandish's choice

I nominate - Top 10 Animated Films (non-anime).

I'm not a huge fan of these, but the topic would be well received and provide some recs (primarily because I haven't seen many).

I‘ll just hope those are all

And our agreement was for 10 points! Not some silly „2nd highest“.
