I'm curious to see Jujutsu sales in January. I mean, 2 volumes AND a novel in the very same day. And unlike Samurai 8, Jujutsu volumes are singlely seling well already.
I think that is going to be the turning point where Jujutsu is going to finally overcome Black Clover in sales.
It's starting to feel like they maybe are planning to do another huge batch of 6 new series, maybe as a way to celebrate the first full year of Reiwa (since the first Reiwa batch flopped so hard).
This has to be the longest they've ever let so many total flops last at the same time though, series that sold better have been cancelled in half the time they've gotten.

That or Nak is a huge fan of Taisei and Beast and TSS and doesn't want them to end or something, who knows.

They let Cross Account and Shuudan live for 28 chapters, though both sold 10k+ overall for Vol 1 which is a very decent start. I think both would have survived longer in 2019 Jump.
So they're just saying that they believe Oda when he said there were 5 years left in that video with some Japanese Youtubers. Honestly, I have never believed Oda's estimates, and since this is not any kind of confirmation with more actual proof, I'll keep not believing lol.

Cross Account and Shuudan were more like series that got enough attention right at the start to survive a batch or two but just couldn't build momentum.
TSS, Beast, and Taisei by comparison haven't gathered a niche or survived any cancellation batches where they might've been at risk, they're just sticking around for ages because they there's nothing new to replace them yet.
If only we got Shuudan now, it showed up way too soon after Dance Club. I really hope there's some kind of new sports manga hit soon.
Look at Yui Kamio even, it probably should've been cancelled already but it's already up to ch 34, and if it doesn't get cancelled before December then has a not bad chance of hitting its 1 year anniversary. Even if the floppy three end in #1, #2, and #3, consider a schedule like this is possible
ch 35 - Nov 18
ch 36 - Nov 25
ch 37 - Dec 2 (Beast ending, new series)
ch 38 - Dec 9 (Taisei ending, new series)
ch 39 - Dec 16 (TSS ending maybe new series or space left open for a few weeks)
ch 40 - Dec 30 (Dr Stone Ending, maaaaybe HxH return? to celebrate the end of the year?)
ch 41 - Jan 13
ch 42 - Jan 20
ch 43 - Jan 27
ch 44 - Feb 3
ch 45 - Feb 10
ch 46 - Feb 17
ch 47 - Feb 24 (Neverland ending?)
ch 48 - Mar 2 (Haikyuu/WNL/HxH's new run/some other long runner ending? new series)
ch 49 - Mar 9 (Yui Kamio ending around its 1 year anniversary, new series)
I mean the way I see things, it's either a schedule like that or the floppy 3 all last until late January, getting up to about 30 chapters, then those 3, Yui Kamio, Dr Stone Reboot, and Neverland all ending and being replaced in one huge batch.

Also thinking about polls I'd kind of like one last one before the 2020 topic if it's not too much trouble. A poll asking when everyone thinks the next new series will start

More like the shortest character of current WSJ. After the end of Hinomaru Sumo Asta should be the shortest male MC in the current WSJ. I mean, Asta is only 1cm taller than Hinomaru after all.

There's no way Haikyuu will end this soon. It is the final arc, but it literally just started. I don't see Haikyuu ending until 2021 at the earliest. Though it will most likely be even later given we don't even know the scope of this final arc and what we can expect from it.
Oh, right. I'll take his pre-time-skip data and according to the wiki:
Haikyuu!! - Hinata (age 16): 164.2cm
So he is, or better said was, the 2nd shortest male main character in current WSJ.
