Pained me to leave Gurren Lagann of the list. It's got such a wide array of styles and can be suave, epic and weird all within the span of a few scenes. Also, the OST has some of the best damn song titles of any soundtrack ever. XD

One of the toughest parts of this round wavpicking a favorite Hirasawa OST. Both Paranoia Agent and Millennium Actress are among my favorites as well, but Paprika is near perfection and really showcases the full width of Hirasawas genius.
