5) The Retconn Corps
6) Perpetua/Pralaya/Presence/Elaine Belloc
7) Monitor/Antimonitor(at full power)/Endless
8) Lucifer
9) Michael
10) Spectre

Note that this is my list after reading the comics properly , I've noticed there has been a lot of Vertigo wank and Lucifer/Presence are not even close to the top dogs of DC , and that all bullshit wank being spread about them is photoshopped ( lol ). The Vertigo wank in the community is obnoxious.

Actually there are a few anime with high level power scaling like Gurren Laggan , PMMM , or Toaru but yeah still nothing compared to the top dogs of comics.

• Thanos can snap away half the universe's population

Yep, it probably would've happened if he succeeded if we're being honest, if not immediately on his return, then as soon as he healed his injuries, unless Laxus went full psycho and actually killed him while he was injured, but then again for Laxus to have succeeded in the first place he would've had to be psycho(because then Fairy Law would've worked and killed all his friends). Either way, Laxus' logic was sound, it was supposed to be a 100YQ after all, Gildarts should've been gone longer.

Alternatively, he was planning on double teaming him with Freed, he's kinda broken with prep.
