Granted, though there really hasn't been any foreshadowing of anything like that with her.
a) strong enough to take on DD
b) pink theme, Eurasia herself has a shrimp theme (pink)
c) hair color undeniable
d) WC
e) flower theme - Eurasia dresses 'loud' and 'blossom' is in her name
Putting aside the idea that all strong Wave Controllers must be Eurasias (Is Kallavan secretly from the Ha family since he's tough and good at martial arts?) your other points would have more merit if Dowon was a modern day person. Her flower theme is explainable by her being from a flower kingdom and a famiily that passes on flower shinsu. Hair color is a little more convinving, but doesn't really seal the deal for me. Maybe if we saw her sleeping or carrying around a blanket.
What am I supposed to do @ 4 am on sundays now that SIU is on hiatus.
F my life.
I remember when SIU injured his wrist swinging one of those big foam display pieces at a concert. Hope he fully recovered from that. It seemed as if his wrist might have been a lingering issue.
There hasn't been much development of Sophia's backstory at all. We've only seen her in about 3 panels total. How can you rule out foreshadowing in a giant gap of development overall?

By all means put that aside. Because it isn't - and never was - the argument made by me. Dowon is not just ANY 'strong WC'. If you're a strong WC *and* you have all sorts of other Eurasian feats....
The more boxes checked the more the likelihood increases. As opposed to JUST a box checked of being a strong WC which could mean nothing at all.
And where did the flower kingdom and a strong flower/WC shinsoo control come from? This is, of course, rhetorical. Beyond that, again, it's not just the fact she has a flower theme alone and in a vacuum. It's in conjunction with everything else.
I've posted it before, and again this isn't the place, but I've itemized each Eurasian/Phonsekal and not every one has been shown to be sleeping all the time plus pillows.

In the modern Tower where everyone is part of Zahard Empire for the most part, I could buy that those traits are proof of being a Eurasia. In the past where she's from, there were actually other cultures around.

... Are you thinking that Eurasia created that kingdom or something?

All the other evidence is circumstantial and has other explanations.

The only Eurasias we know of that aren't sleepy/lazy are Ice Strawberry and Yurure. Yurure was a Sworn Enemy. Ice Strawberry is really the only exception to the rule.
1.- She became a ranker to serve her country. A member of the 10 families wouldn't bother with small time stuff like a country from a floor. At least not under normal circumstances.
2.- Her former teammate's words. He made the point that he was different from the others since he was a member of the 10 families. Which is rather explicitly saying dowon is not a member of the 10 families.

There are still other cultures around now. It's a false dichotomy to say that only foreign cultures could exist then and not now just as it is that only descendants of the OG13 can exist now and not then. We're talking about periods of thousands of years.
Alternatively, empire was being set up while climbing the tower. Princesses were used to help subjugate floors, indicating the princess program. Princes seem to be a thing too with the addition of 'the Captain' who existed pre-genesis. There's no reason to think the other 12 irregulars were sitting idle the whole time not spreading their seed or setting up their own little places on the way up.
Yes, exactly. I think it has been said that genesis was a longggg period. We know that White founded and manipulated kingdoms in another time. It's not impossible an irregular taking possibly thousands of years to climb didn't set up roots. We don't know where the peach kingdoms originated, but the similarities to things Eurasian are uncanny at the least.
If White, a relative nobody (pre-souls) compared to an irregular can found mini-kingdoms then why can't the irregular oligarchs of the tower? I'd argue why WOULDN'T they?
Any singular thing is circumstantial on its own. When circumstantial elements STACK these are increasingly not as circumstantial and start to be more than mere coincidence. That's part of the point. It's not like she has blue hair with the other factors, or is a fisherman with the other factors, or has a duck theme with the other elements.
Put another way there aren't any circumstantial elements of her character that rule the theory out, and all rule it in. I mean, it's not 'case closed' but it certainly isn't ruled out by any means.
The only Eurasias we know of that aren't sleepy/lazy are Ice Strawberry and Yurure. Yurure was a Sworn Enemy. Ice Strawberry is really the only exception to the rule.
Actually, we only know of 2 PURE Eurasians - blossom, ice strawberry; Enne doesn't entirely count bc she had two bloodlines (well, 3 technically). The phonesekals are all the branch of the family that got the lazy element of blossom but not the pink hair/eyes combo (though half have the pink/pink theme while the others have a green/green theme) exclusively. Alternatively, the non-phonsekal (pure) Eurasians all have the pink/pink theme without exception but aren't shown to be lazy exclusively.
- Nothing is said or shown about Enne being lazy. Rather, she was rather proactive if you consider the events surrounding her sealing and the Arlen pocket. Though she has Gustang blood (as well as Z blood) to be fair.
- Ice strawberry not shown to have pillow or be lazy per se.
- Yurure doesn't have much shown, but is missing a pillow or lazy exposition.
WC's dominate but aren't exclusively the position by Eurasians. That Dowon is a strong WC is actually the weakest argument. Though in Eurasia clan WCs are notable.
What's the takeaway? That Eurasians can certainly be non-WCs, non-lazy, non-pink/pink (but only so far in the ph. branch and then it has to be green/green if not pink/pink - about 50/50 so far). But the pink/pink theme for the females, while being a strong WC, is characteristically Eurasian. A lack of a pillow doesn't rule out Eurasia heritage at all.
1.- She became a ranker to serve her country. A member of the 10 families wouldn't bother with small time stuff like a country from a floor. At least not under normal circumstances.
What's the history of the kingdom(s)? What did Blossom do while climbing for possibly thousands of years? How long did the climb take exactly? She wasn't a 10FH pre-genesis - those didn't formerly exist then. We don't know what she did or didn't do - that was a long unaccounted for period.
2.- Her former teammate's words. He made the point that he was different from the others since he was a member of the 10 families. Which is rather explicitly saying dowon is not a member of the 10 families.
Do you think the citizens of White's kingdom(s) were aware that they were a part of an Arie kingdom?
Hell, even current Yolker has eye makeup that is reminiscent of White acolytes from the middle period unknowingly. Clearly, meanings and history gets lost in time in the tower. Particularly over tens of thousands of years.
Let alone there's a history of the kingdom having their mind wiped, so anything is possible.

If Macheney is dictating the terms of the fight, I believe that she could get the drop on EVK. I'm not sure where they stand in terms of relative power, but Macheney knows the battlefield much better than EVK, so if it does come to the two of them fighting, my money would be either on a draw or or Macheney getting the upper hand.
May be because she is a relatively senior Princess she has the commanding tone. But yah may be she can use the battle field to her advantage.
I do think Maschenny is Rachel 's surrogate in the sense she will torment Bam. But will be hella powerful so interesting plot device.
Where exactly was that implied? It's a sincere question, because I don't remember anything related to it. As far as I remember, there are two ways to control Shinsoo, external control, as Baam normally does and internal control, which we saw Eduan say that the pill starts from this principle, the biggest example of what we saw was Data Zahard, who uses Shinwonryu internally , just like Baam uses the orb.
And even though it is something very difficult to master, we are talking about a high-level princess and a direct descendant of her family's FH. So it is not impossible for her to dominate without the use of pills. And as far as we know, the only way to handle shinsoo exclusive to irregulars is shinwonryu itself.
Exactly if Shinwonryu is the means to gain an inherent boost of internal shinsoo used by irregulars the means to this POTENT a boost is not accessible to regulars. The pill itself uses the condensed mass of external shinsoo to imitate an internal quality boost.

He knows all this.... just being a bit clingy to an outdated idea.
I forgot to mention the ubiquitous nature of warp devices. Not only does every capital ship, and presumably every FH by extension, have one (if not more), but in this very chapter we see that Sophia guards one that is rather portable that they shoe-horned into the needle.
Just a mere few chapters ago we were treated to an operational warp device used to kill the LPB windbird. It was just casually laying about in the debris.
I can't imagine then that the *shocker* reveal that EVK is worried about and no one on FUG's side could have calculated for is.... just another warp device.
All that said - does anyone know if the warp devices allow you to warp to different floors? OR is it only about on the same floor then you travel by conventional space-fairing means to other floors from that point? Has anything been said about the range?

Easily our second best fight. To date. Time for another?
(obviously Zahard leaving his floor was number #1. I ruined your Hawaiian vacay with that one me thinks)
