Unless he has a Noble ability but isn't Noble, but that could only mean he's a SECOND Mafia Pirate, and we'd still have 2 Nobles in the game. Unlikely.

And we must have a second Noble in the game, since even if the anonymous vote on SirMalade is from a Mafia Pirate, this MP has to have stolen a Noble role and we know scav still have his.
So, who is this second Noble? And most importantly, why the vote on SirMalade ?
