Yeah, I misrembered. I thought it was mentioned that they were a failed prototype that had elements of Chaos, but that wasn't mentioned. They were just failures period.

Why there is no reason when we have the fact that the combination of Light & Darkness (a.k.a Chaos) is the source of EVERYTHING in NnT-verse?

Because at the end of the day, Tristan isn't the main character. Nakaba can change certain things but some others will never change.

Can Arthur regenerate his arm or not?

R: Yes, with the power of Chaos it is possible for him to regenerate his arm, but he didn't want to because he wanted to leave it as a punishment.

What is Mama Hawk's power level (in case the chaos in her)

A: 10 MILLION power. (Meliodas DK is 1 million)

Note: As Arthur received the Power of Chaos, his power level is now 10 Million as well or much more.

Why are Tristan and Lancelot not protagonists?

A: Nakaba said that if Tristan were, he would have killed Meliodas and Elizabeth in the first chapter and would still have destroyed Liones, but he didn't do that because it would be a dirty trick with the reader and it wasn't Lancelot either because he was too strong and would give the same atmosphere as Nanatsu no Taizai where the characters were very powerful.

A: 1000 power.

Who created the Tattoos of Sins?

A: Merlin, but shortly after the defeat of the Demon King and the Deity she undid all the marks as a way that she was free from the Sins and her bonds would have already been severed.

That can make somewhat sense that he probably went berserk because of 2 opposing forces, but the thing is if he actually is something like that then by now liones would have been wipped Or some tragic event might have happened which Sin/Lancelot might have hinted towards. So it's definitely very iffy
Or maybe the events for the movie might explain it and maybe Tristan currently might have gone rogue

If this is true this is just more reason to hate PL's and Nakaba's ass writing when it comes to such things.

Current Meliodas doesn't even have 1M PL yet he's somehow still a threat to Arthur? This makes no sense. It's like trying to say BoS Meliodas is a threat to the DK.

So at age 10 Tristan and Lance were around 1k? At 15-16 they could have easily surpassed BoS sin level which ranged from 3-5k, which would fit the statement that a Sin level person would be needed to defeat those Choas monsters.
