Extreme diff?!? He literally tanked an attack that “defeated” Selene’s human form, and it is proven that was not even a real feat since he can’t even cut the walls of the labyrinth and Ignia can melt is casually. So you basically Agreeing with me that Wendy is stronger for now, okay

Wendy "beat" a playing around Haku, who funnily enough was also pretending to play dead just to be closer to Wendy. Not only that, but Wendy can't hurt Suzaku let alone use separation magic on him, considering she's never done it on anyone as strong as Suzaku, much less in a heated battle with someone on his caliber.

Haku is a clown, it doesn't really matter if he was playing around or not (he was, he spent more time playing with his dolls than actually attacking his opponents).

With each chapter Mashima confirms that Wendy possesses an immense repertoire of Hax abilities, but when it comes to her offensive power, she is as disappointing.

Haku was knocked out for a few minutes and spent the rest of the time pretending to be unconscious.

Sorry for the term, but you're crazy if you think Wendy can fight Suzaku in a physical status/offensive power showdown.

Without Irene in the equation, Wendy is no big deal in a direct battle. She relies heavily on her enchantments being strong enough to deal with opponents' type of magic, neutralizing their effects. In a direct battle, she is crushed by any decent character.

And Irene is not wrong, Wendy has become a High ENCHANTER, and Mashima underscores that with the new enchantments she is demonstrating. That's where Wendy is evolving... in the rest of her combat skills and her wind magic, there's a noticeable deficit.

And don't liken the way Irene uses enchantments in battle to the way Wendy uses it. Irene used her enchantments in every way possible (support, offensive etc), Wendy only uses enchantments for support. She has not yet learned Irene's offensive enchantments.

Suzaku is still impressive out of the BDSK lineup. He is definitely not human Acnologia tier like some people on the forum like to believe but he is super strong nonetheless. A bad matchup at this point for Wendy, since she is still somewhat of a beginner High Enchanter. But think about this. Irene could melt all of Erza's Heaven Wheel swords just by making a movement with her staff and she could enchant her equipment into a bomb. Not saying Wendy can do that yet, but what would happen if she were to display that ability in the future? What would Suzaku do after someone melts or explodes his sword which is his primary means of attacking? Could he channel all of that impressive attacking power without his sword?

Still Id definitely say Suzaku for now.
