What tells you that they didn't train to develop their abilities? They have inferior version of Gustang's powers but they aren't born with a fixed power level. Tiara herself was a potential Zahard Princess and she said that she grew reading and expanding and knowledge with books. You say Gustang has nothing but you talk about Tiara's reality writing, which is a power she has thanks to Gustang. We don't even know Dumas's ability.

Lmao read properly it's the items. The narrator specifically mentioned even Tiara's ability to create things which comes from items. It's not her inherent ability. We literally saw Gussy using the shield in 643 which Richie used in 589 against KH. Nowhere it states Gussy shared his powers. It's just his deadbrain fans who come up with this ideas to not make Gussy look bad. The proof is tiara not being able to kill Enkidu.

I didn't see Traumerei activate his Shinwonryu when he used the branch head's beasts during the battle with Gustang at the Lo Po Bia family mothership. Those beasts automatically revived if Traumerei wants.
