But imo the Enchanced Swords lose a big part of there threat now.

I disagree, in the end this chapter confirms what we more or less knew, that is that blades are weapons in the end and that their strength depends on who uses them.

Yeah but it's clear Samura is the 2nd strongest bearer in the series. So if his blade gets destroyed in this fight only the Sword Saint is a threat to the MC. Like I don't care if the Hishaku gets the blades since Chihiro would easily beat any of them.

We have seen Hiruiko become a skilled swordsman after a few days, nothing Yura, much stronger than him, can't do it.

We have seen him push Chihiro back effortlessly with his bare hands.

Also, the Hishaku have had the blades for years, so they must have studied them thoroughly.

Yeah but Hiruhiko is supposedly the biggest sword talent among them. And Chihiro already beaten him with while he was using a Enchanted blade. Chihiro is getting much stronger and is about to break Samura Enchanted sword.

Great chapter damn wasn't expecting Jane Hishaku to be so young. Hmm so we got introduced to Hishaku Hiyuki wonder if he'll have something similar to Flame Bone?

Well the introduction of the remainder Hishaku members wasnt as expected especially the girl who was there on the attack to Rokuhira but still is a treat to see these guys.

I really hope the samurai wasnt done as easy and is some sort of cloning technique or summoning.

Why not she's probably on the Sword Bearers lvl with Flame Bone at full power. And it's clear none of the Hishaku are currently at that lvl.

I just want to mention I am waiting for that girl who committed suicide to have her skeleton brought up again as a topic or item of interest. It is obviously that someone constantly emitting ice or cold like her is involved to the creation of something akin to flame bone, its hot/fiery counterpart...

Also, I am relatively sure Yura is from the "Island". Though more lore on it is needed. The whole setup is utterly bizarre and almost lifelessly written, with how people didn't even know if the invading army was intelligent. That means the propaganda machine must be magic powered to ensure success... they even have a memorial museum or somesuch to it.
