I didnt expect the ex-special chapter to be actually another Sojo bath, but it was fun seeing his shenanigans with Kuregumo.

Also it opens the question if there is necromancy sorcery on Kagurabachi world the author definitely would bring him back for a couple of chapters ( other choices thath comes to mind are Ibuki and Kunishige)

Quite the gorgeous spread this time, by the looks of it seems like Natsuki might have injured yura at least, and im not quite sure how Uruha managed to get his scarbard behind him.

It was also great to see the other Hishaku in action, Uran sorcery must be something related to temperature control, she most likely was the one to set Rokuhira's home on fire that time.

Btw i might need to reread again but if i recall correctly Hat Hishaku is the only one that has the tattoo on the left hand, wonder if that means anything.

A shame we dont get proper scans for this manga, but well at least we have proper translations on thursday.


Im no sure if Kasen is really the traitor or at least the only one, might be more than one.


As for Yura it might cost him way more to use the powers of the shinuchi now since he's still far from the sword and the saint and now they will be intercepted by Samura and Chihiro.

Saw someone joke that all the unfinished Yura panels are a crack at ludonarrative harmony with his deteriorating mental state, lol.

He doesnt even get that much CP and this is a special occasion since its the anniversary; the editorial should have given him at least a break off when he took his trip to USA like a month ago or helping him with a couple of assistants.


I really hope after next chapter they give him a month to recover.

Way more complete than the previous chapter, but man, seeing the guy with guidelines for a face in the first panel made me think I was in for generational levels of scribble. Happy that I was wrong. It's really interesting to me that the whole Kamunabi infiltration arc began with Yura flipping a coin to prove that the Gods were all on his side, only for his biggest roadblock to end up being a man whose power involves flipping coins. For what it's worth, I hope Azami doesn't job.

Sick as fuck. I like how he looks now, but the original fit is still so cool. I'm interested in how it's going to translate into anime.
