The concept behind the so-called
Top 10 Game is simple: each game a certain subject is chosen that evokes personal preferences. Think about, for example, movies. It's up to the pariticipant (you) to put together a top 10 list based on your favourite, in this case, movies. Your all-time favourite movie should be ranked at #1 while your tenth favourite should be ranked at #10. Once you finished it, you PM it to the host (me). Every rank gets the following amount of points from an individual list:
#1 - 10 points
#2 - 9 points
#3 - 8 points
#4 - 7 points
#5 - 6 points
#6 - 5 points
#7 - 4 points
#8 - 3 points
#9 - 2 points
#10 - 1 point
After you've submitted, it's important that you don't reveal your list before the round ends. When the time for submissions is expired, I will reveal a communal list which will show what is generally the most liked movie by the voters. Since the communal list can be very varying, I will reveal the list until the top 10 all at once – from there I will start a slow reveal with one reveal a post.

FAVORITE FICTIONAL CHARACTERS
This round is going to be a little bit different. Since there are
so much different types of mediums and even more characters, obviously. I'm going to change the game a bit. There's no need to keep doing this
same theme over and over again.
This is going to be biggest iteration of the game yet!!! Because we're going to split it down in separate reveals and rounds, as following;

After we've all had all of these rounds, there is still, ONE FINAL ROUND;
Top Ten Favorite Fictional Characters Semi-Final
This round is special and isn't going to be listed individually before the final. The votes and placings are going to be merged with the overall rankings of the previous top 10s.
Semi-Final Rules
Once we have gone through the ten Top 10 games we'll arrive at the semi-final. The semi-final isn't going to be public, but will need a PM from every participating member.
Each member will get 10 votes (per medium) like always, but instead you are only allowed to vote on 10 different characters than your original (100) nominations. The only characters eligible to receive your votes for the semi-final are characters that you
did not nominate in the previous rounds. After I've received all PMs I'll add the results to all of the other results and post the Top 10 Favorite Fictional Characters Final Ranking.
Rules for nominating characters
- Be very specific when nominating a character. Don't nominate Batman, nominate Batman (Dark Knight Trilogy), Batman (Batman Beyond) or Batman (1966 Adam West).
- Specify! Be specific in what version of the character you mean and want to nominate.
- In cases of remakes I'm going to count the character as the same character, HOWEVER, I will clarify who nominated which version in the listing.
- In case of multiple personalities it's all just one character, e.g. Charlie/Hank Banks from Me, Myself & I, or one of many of James McAvoy's portrayed personalities in Split.
- Characters based on actual living (or currently) dead people are not eligible. No matter how well the actor portrayed them. That means NO BATMAN.
- Semi-biographical characters are allowed. Like Depp's version of Hunter S. Thompson in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. These are more fiction than non-fiction or Will Smith's Will Smith in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (If in doubt, PM me or post here).
- Exaggerated/Parody versions or real-life people are not allowed. Matt LeBlanc did an amazing job as Matt LeBLanc in Episodes. But those kind of roles are not eligible.

If you participate in this overall round (#6) I would prefer it if you participate in
ALL lists. The Final list is a combined effort of all 10 lists (and the semi-final). The Final List
is happening. But people who did not participate in all lists will be
completely left out of the Final List.
