Well, my confusion is due to the server thing not actually being illegal. As in, using the server itself was not illegal. So does that mean that rather than the having the server itself she could be indicted over emails containing classified information?

That's my understanding. The entire issue is she used her own private server for state department business. That means that there's no record of them for the purpose of review. This is why the Freedom of Information Act was signed into law in the first place. You can also couple this with any sort of investigation into Benghazi.

Of course, supporters of hers will take her at her word and say that nothing tacitly illegal was going on, but given her track record, I don't know why anyone would think that. Deciding to use a private email for state business just looks rather cynical to me, especially since the FOIA was expanded by her husband. There had to have been a reason for her to choose to do this. Her being a luddite isn't an acceptable excuse, not with the amount of people she has working for her who would absolutely know better. She should have known better.

You're also forgetting that even if Clinton is indicted(which, let's be honest, is rather unlikely), president Obama will pardon her. She's the closest person to continuing his "dynasty" after all.

Eh, I think that depends on the crime (if there is one). The president pardoning his successor is not really a "favor" to her or the Democratic party at all. Trump will tear them apart for it.

The polls are still highly inaccurate, and no way will all superdelegates choose Sanders because some polls show him better against the republican candidate when the majority of the democrats want Clinton.

Life hasn't really been protected, because if the women who are about to die can't get an abortion, then a life is lost. I don't get how a homosexual person can call abortion immoral when the Bible clearly states homosexuality is immoral and a sin.

And again, you don't care about protecting life and babies, and you have proven this many times, which we have gone over many times. It seems like you just want to take away women's freedom to choose what to do with their bodies and lives. Liberals seem to want to take away freedom of speech under excuses like people being easily offended while conservatives want to take away people's rights and freedom under shitty excuses like "pro-life!" or whatever.

Only women should have the right to decide whether to get an abortion or not, not male politicians who aren't affected. You should mind your own business and focus more on the gun violence that's taking away more lives than abortion.

Well, it does seem clinton has lost most of her edge over trump at this point, at least at this point they are pooling rather evenly. I don't think clinton has it made, if anything she has to be extremely careful....

Well, they are not but trump is the only one running and the GOP is gradually falling in line with him.

It really comes down to how well Sanders does in California. But momentum can matter a lot in swaying superdelegates going into the convention.
