I don't think anyone's thrilled about another Biden term except old black ladies that think he's best friends with Obama. And yes, it does suck having to settle for what the Dems give us... but you do what you can do until you can do better. Until you can do more. I'll never be so disillusioned by the Democratic party that I choose not to vote, choose to vote Republican, or choose to vote for a left leaning candidate that I'm afraid is too far left to get the nomination.
It's a good idea to keep tabs on potential candidates but a better idea to remain skeptical. Don't wanna get your hopes up to the point you waste a vote. I know people personally that voted for Yang.
A lot of left wingers I know are to the point that they'll refuse to vote, because of how Biden has handled crises and broken promises, as well as continued violence. Biden doing things like giving LGBT+ members back their protections/rights is why I don't regret voting for him, as well as him not being openly bigoted or lying to spread hate the way Trump does, but he's failed in other aspects so far. Student loans haven't been cancelled, and we haven't gotten a pandemic stimulus other than $1,400 once (despite being promised $2,000) and $300 per week for few weeks (half of what we got under Trump). Then you have him approving billions of dollars to Pentagon, Ukraine, police, etc after saying we don't have enough to support people who actually need the aid.
I'm glad I knew Yang was trash as soon as he kept playing a "centrist." Dude took it too easy on bigots and kept saying we should listen to their opinions. Love how he further self-destructed his political career by pretending to be a New Yorker, supporting Israel (or at least, didn't support Palestine), and saying stupid things.
There are a ton of libs who support Biden as if he's an extension of Obama or something. A return to "normalcy" after Trump, without realizing that politicians like Biden are why Trump was taken seriously in the first place. If Covid never happened, Biden would have never won IMO.
I agree. Some former Trump supporters turned against him after seeing how he handled covid months after March. Before that they were confident in him and thought he knew what he was doing.
We all know republicans would be way worse, but the mayor is closer to a republican than he is to liberal or left, at least in some issues like this.
And let's not pretend as if you don't support this.
Oh, and is this
contrapoints? Seems she's tweeting now, and doesn't seem to be bullied. Hmm.
