"If I cannot play in the Olympics for my country this time, it will be the biggest loss in my career to right now."
Exactly. They wont 10 in a row and they played preety basketball.re: Kobe for MVP:
I think it's safe to say that Kobe has proved he's top candidate for this year's MVP. Not only is he putting up the stats, but at least now, his team is actually winning. In addition, he's been distributing the ball more than ever, so the argument that he's a "ball hog" does not hold water.
If the Lakers are going to roll like they are rollin right now,Lebron aint gettin shit, hes team aint gonna win as much as the Lakers. And stats dont mean shit in da nba rankings,Nash got it with 12pts 11ass or something and won it twice,Kobe used to score ~35.5pts per game and none,Lebron will get his time, but now its Kobe.Im not sure man, I see playoffs for the Cavs and Lebron is having the better season. 30 pts 8rebs and 7assists is what Lebrons averaging.
well, if you have a guy who's scored 81 points and virtually proved that he's a scoring machine, a season where he's averaging less than 30 points is considered pathetic.Nah its gonna be Kobe,if Kobe doesnt get it,then it would be a major dissapoinment. And it would be a fact that the legue hates Kobe
If the best personal season, then why Kobe didnt get it last year and year before that, why T-Mac didnt get it when he was in Orlando??It has to envolve the team to in this times.Im just one of those people who think that the player who had the best season should win MVP. If we are talking about giving it to the best player on the top team then its definitly Kobe and maybe they give a little thought to KG but in terms of who is having the best season, I say Lebron.
Co'sing.well, if you have a guy who's scored 81 points and virtually proved that he's a scoring machine, a season where he's averaging less than 30 points is considered pathetic.
you have a guy who's never won an MVP, yet has been a top candidate for it in the past 6 or so consecutive years, another year being ignored is easy..
when you have a guy who's never won an MVP, yet behind closed doors people admit he is the best player in the league at both ends of the floor, why does Kobe need an MVP trophy anyway? who cares..
yes, the league definitely has a bias towards Kobe, isn't it obvious?
I think the MVP should be given to the guy who works the hardest, gets his teammates involved (and in the process, makes everyone better), and also being in one of the best teams in the league.
does Kobe work hard? Absolutely...he's played through injuries, and not once did he ever complain about it. I wouldn't be surprised if, yet again, Kobe doesn't get it...what's new?
does he get his teammates involved? let's just look at the two most improved players in his team: Vucacic and Farmar.
fine...let's give it to Lebron, a team that will probably not go anywhere in the postseason.
a better candidate than Lebron, if you ask me, is Chris Paul.
